“I bring my mother-in-law here. Sam has been cutting her hair and does a wonderful job. She is super nice and so good with her. They both look forward to visiting. It is so easy to get her in here with a wheelchair and I can shop a bit while she is there. I am thankful. The store and the staff are always clean, well staffed, and polite. A gem.”

“Hi , I would just like to say that I visited your jewelry department at your Westfield Mall store . My family , and I was so pleased with the customer servicing we received from Kamaria. We had saw some things online, and when she greeted us at the door she knew exactly what we were talking about and pointed us right to it. The whole time we were there She provided excellent service from the door all the way to the completion of our purchase. We also went throughout your whole store.and no one else greeted us in the store at all. High five to Kamaria!! That's exactly what excellent customer servicing is.”

“COMMUNITY! PB has changed my life, not only the physical benefits but mental ones as well. The difference in my stability and lack of hip and foot pain alone is worth it. Not to mention the relationships I’ve developed. The staff cried with me when I was going through the hardest part of my life, when they barely knew me. I’ll never not be grateful.”

“Very good customer service. I would say they definitely helped more than we expected. The quality of the clothing is good, and we felt the prices are reasonable. The young lady that helped us, Casey, was more than just an employee. It honestly felt like we had a personal assistant in the store. She even added additional clothing options for my wife to try that she normally wouldn't have, but ended up very much liking them.It has made us genuinely fans of the store.Thank you.”

“Friendly staff. But quit trying to sell me stuff. First lesson of marketing, don't sell someone something they don't want. I walked into your store, I'm obviously interested. Bought what I wanted anyways, didn't buy what you pushed.”
