“I tried to call and speak with a manager but the phone timed out and went to busy - SUE IN PLANTS IS AMAZING! I was there today with my baby and only had one free hand. She helped me untangle plants, get things in my cart, carried potting mix for me, offered to help me load my car… she was a superstar. The nicest and sweetest customer service interaction I’ve had in awhile - she isn’t just doing her job, she’s going above and beyond and I hope she gets recognition for how helpful and pleasant and kind she is!”

“OK I only gave them a 5 star because they sell books . I DON'T NO OF ANY OTHER STORE THAT SELLS BOOKS IN PERSON ANYMORE . Only online can you get a book . They are practically non existent . Anyhow the store is a DISASTER MESS . There is no organization ,I've seen flea markets better organized . Everything is just thrown anywhere throughout the store. There's sections I guess but what a mess . They need more staff , let's face it all these places are all understaffed ,underpaid and miss managed . Workers frustrated because there set up to fail. Enough said ,go there and buy a book before they no longer exist like pennies.”
“Had bought a box fan that wouldn't work out of the box. I lost the receipt and expected to be stuck with it. Luckily I used my Ollie's membership when I originally bought it. Easy peasy they looked up my receipt and did the exchange for a new fan. Great customer service!”

Ollie's this was my first time in a very long time
I was very impressed
I did not realize Ollie's carried as many different things as they do
I went there to purchase a round area rug for my dining room table I also found some other items that I didn't expect to be found at Ollie's
The service was great
I can't wait to go back

“Hands down my favorite Drug Mart of all time. Its the biggest one that I know of and has such a unique and abundant selection. It far out weighs the Kent and Stow locations. They are awesome too mind you, but this one really stands out. You can find most of what you are looking for here. Much like a little mini Walmart. “The best DG, I have been to yet. They try to keep the store stocked. Employees are very friendly & helpful. Store is organized. Most of the prices are correct & if not they will correct them at the register. It's a shame you have to travel over 30mins to get good customer service. Most of the other stores are trashed with no products.”
“Due to the lack of employees in the recent past shelves were not stocked. But it's getting Much better...Here's a tip:::If you don't see what you want on the shelf, ask someone who works there, if they have it out back BC They Probably do. Employees are very nice and easy to talk to. Like I said before The store is looking better and being stocked. I am kind of bias tho' bc I shop there ALL THE TIME. I only gave 4 stars bc of the few empty shelves. Employees are very pleasant and are willing to help in any way.”
“I needed a lighter to lite my candles. I remembered seeing lighters at the entrance of the store and sometimes in the paper aisle on numerous occasions. I entered the store today and NO lighters!!! I asked the cashier and she stated that they still had them because she sold one earlier and to check in the paper aisle. I went back couldn’t find it and returned to the cashier. She wasn’t there ( I assumed she had went on break) .She reappeared with a smile and told me where they were located. ? I’m today’s time where customer service is nonexistent I would like to give kudos to Ms. Chamiah . I very much appreciate her!!!!”

“Well first of all I definitely prefer this Save-A-Lot to the other Save-A-Lot in my neighborhood. The security officers at this location don't look at everyone and then they're going to stay low and follow you around like you're some kind of thug!!! The staff are much more helpful and nice then the other location as well. This location is also cleaner and actually I stocked shelves and coolers. The produce is also a lot fresher you don't find rotten produce out to be purchased. This location also does not require you to have a quarter to use a cart. I also feel safer at this location.”
“I shop at this Family Dollar regularly. Todays visit was the second time this week. The first time this week that I visited they had no candles (I buy several plain white candles each time I visit) but it was refilled by my visit today. They usually have what I am looking for. Sometimes the workers speak when I enter the store, sometimes they don't. It's clean and organized. What more can I ask for?”
“I should NOT say this, but I will.....T-BONE STEAKS!!!!! Dang it, I gave away my secret. They are three to a pack (perfect for MY family size) and I can get THREE packages here for the same price that I would pay for ONE elsewhere. This store has some of the BEST meats (I don't eat pork). They also have some priced to sell meats as well (meaning you need to make them the day of purchase or the next day or immediately freeze them). Just because it says Save A Lot doesn't mean that everything is off brand. THERE ARE A LOT OF HIGH QUALITY NAME BRANDS HERE (sorry for yelling.....LOL!). I have gotten a lot of "two fors" here in the produce section. If you want to make your money go a long way, I recommend checking out their meats and other name brand items when you get a chance. You can always go to whatever other grocery store you frequent and get the rest of your food items if need be.”
“Edited to add: After I posted my review, the pharmacist called me to personally address my issue. Incorrect test strips were refunded and I was provided with new monitor and test strips. Really appreciated them doing the right thing to correct their mistake.Pharmacy sold me $50 test strips for a glucose monitor that is discontinued. I can’t get a refund because I opened the box without knowing that the test strips are worthless. Why would they sell me strips that I can’t use? No one ever asked me or my prescribing physician what brand of strips I needed - and why would they sell a worthless test strip unless they confirmed what monitor I was using?”

“This one on Broadway and southgate is the best the one on e143 and kinsman those young girls and that one lady Mr need to go to a class on how to talk to your customers correct. If they were in a white neighborhood they would act different I spend slot of money in family dollar.and the store on e130 and buckeye those young girl don't have any respect I raised my daughter well. But family dollar is going to lose alot of business because of these kids with attitude just look in your cameras and listen to your audio. Give that job to someone who needs it thank-you”
“I come to this store three times a week. The Manager Bill, is always working, stocking, arranging items, and servicing customers. He is always ready to stop and help a customer find what they are looking for. Great customer service skills, and goes out of his way to give every shopper a great experience. What I like and respect most about Bill and his store, is, during these difficult times, when prices are going up, Bill still finds a way to give the customers great deals. I've included photos to show some of the deals. Thank you to Marcs and to Bill, for helping us find affordable foods during these trying times.”
