“Please read. I could be writing a review about how disappointed I was in Phantom Auto Works customer service and giving one star review, however, it is just the opposite.
I made an appointment to have some work done on my truck. After an hour drive I arrived to find out that the parts needed for my truck were never ordered, therefore the work could not be done. Disappointed and frustrated I would have to take a day off work to have the work done in the future, not an ideal situation. However The front man Levi owned up to the ordering error, which I respect, and was very concerned making it right for me. He rushed to order my parts and the work was completed the next day. At the end of it I realized that you don't find too many businesses nowadays that take the blame for the mistake and are concerned about making the customer feel satisfied. Hats off to Levi and crew. I will pass along my experience to those in my neck of the woods.”

“O'Reilly's employees are always helpful and if they don't have a part in stock it is usually available in a few hours. Sometimes things take a few days but that depends on the vehicle. (As much as I love my Mitsubishi, it's not a popular car therefore parts are usually not in stock ANYWHERE)”
