“I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional pharmacy intern named Deja who assisted me with transferring my wife’s prescription from CVS this past weekend. From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and efficient. Deja quickly understood my needs and made the entire process seamless, keeping me informed every step of the way- and even went as far as to keep her word in calling me back when the prescription was ready for pickup (which not many pharmacies do these days.) I was truly impressed by her attention to my wife and I and her proactive communication. Not only did she handle the transfer with precision, but she also made sure I understood everything, which really put me at ease. Even with several other customers waiting, she made sure to take the time to answer my questions and never once did I feel rushed or brushed off. It’s clear that she’s passionate about her work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m grateful for Deja’s assistance!”
