“Well maintained and clean driver through. Friendly staff. Seems under new management they have good stock. Definitely a place to go for chilled alcohol, beer. The price is also competitive as compared to other. I would say cheaper than even other big super markets.

“The GM there is awesome. I have a severe walking handicap so she doesn't even let me carry my stuff back to my car. Then she pumps my gas for me. She's the definition of knowing her customers and knowing what needs to be done for the safety of her customers. I realize that it's not always possible to do this. But it doesn't matter what the price of a gallon, I will continue going there when I need gas. Even though there are closer stations that may be lower in price. I've been to a lot of other Soeedways and BP"s and I never receive that kind of treatment. More places should be that concerned about their customers. I know they don't get that many persons with the great difficulty walking like me. I could only hope to get this type of concerned treatment at any other gas station. I hope that Speedway upper management reads this, and give her appropriate reward for her concerns and knowledge of her customer base. And sometimes self service doesn't mean ignoring the obvious about her regular customers.”

“I normally don’t even do reviews, but a lot of businesses could learn a lot from Speedway on Detroit st., simply because of their employees. I stop in multiple times every day and not once have I had a bad experience. Every employee is very friendly and welcoming, making it a super comfortable place to shop in. Their customer service is much better than any other convenience store in town, I would even argue that its better than any business in town. Much appreciated service!”

One day in uniform, a biracial man was very respectful and made sure I was squared away, gave a coffee on the house. “There's a man who works at the speedway in Beavercreek to his name to Jason every time I go into that store he's very kind and attentive and speaks to me more than like a customer but like a like a neighbor the place is always clean and very well lovingly organized and I just wondered and asked him what he had done before and what they paid him at Speedway and it really wasn't any of my business but he took the time to talk to talk with me I really hope that Speedway appreciate such a wonderful person you really makes their their station in the neighborhood shine Above the Rest I gave him a referral for another company who pays very very much better than then where he's working not to steal him away but just thought that he was deserving of so much better than a 25-cent raise I know from my own self when I'm getting paid I don't deserve that he deserves more than I I just wanted to share the reference for him but people I can I think I ought to be lifted up or underappreciated.”

“I came to get gas, and when getting out of my car a bunch of boys in a box truck started shouting degrading things at me, more derogatory than most men. When i went inside and paid, i asked the cashier (Danielle, i can never thank you enough still!) if she knew how long they had been there and what happened before i walked inside. Without hesitation, she offered to walk outside with me to get my gas. When we got outside and all three of the boys in the truck met eyes with Danielle, she told them they needed to leave and they would trespassed if they didn’t, and that there was no need to harass women going about their day. They left and i was able to safely get my gas. I’m a 5’ tall women, so this happens regularly to me while im getting gas, but Danielle was the first person with the authority to do something about it to ever step in. I can’t thank her enough. I hope whoever has the ability to give her a raise sees this, because she deserves one!! (when i was leaving, i also saw her help an elderly woman up onto the curb and grab the door for her!) Thank you so much again!!!!”
“I've been coming to this location for years due to its proximity to my home. I've been twice in the last month or so and both times I've been very impressed with the level of customer service I've received. The employees that took care of me were friendly, knowledgeable about products and price points, and made the transactions a joy. (This is especially important when one is frustrated.I went to Kroger, got a weeks worth of groceries, got home and realized I'd not purchased milk.I was livid with myself for having to go back out. Drive up to the drive through, and done with a smile) thank you!!”

“I work fairly close to this location and today i was dealing with something personal but to cheer myself i rushed and used the last 10 mins of my break to go get a milk shake made to help
i went in and was greeted and was told i would be helped in one second not a problem i patiently waited and my milkshake was made by i believe allysa i joked and spoke with both her and amanda and they made my day slightly better with there encounter
and allyson truly made my day with the milkshake neither of them knew my personal problem but i made this review to say thank you because you never know who you are going to encounter or what state of mind you are going to encounter someone in but they treated me well and it was truly appreciated that they treated me with kindness today
