“This is customer service redefined. More like customer support. I've had health issues that has really complicated my life so much more than necessary and lately it's been a challenge. But there is such an amazing team here that I do have the blessing of knowing there's always one place I can pull in if I need help. I can't think of a single time I left without snacks and shakes and so many delicious treats to help soothe the worry and panic that I have when I'm unwell.
After working very hard This week to try to just stay afloat in an incredibly tedious situation, I can't thank the crew members enough for all they've done in going above and beyond (by far) to help me in moments of need. I have so much gratitude for the kindness shown and everything that has been done to help me stay safe and return to my family, where I belong.
I have to add that I'm especially grateful for David and every time I walk through those doors to see his beautiful smile, no matter how rough my day has been my spirits are always lifted. Thank you so much for just being an incredible human being, I truly hope that you are half as blessed as you've made me every time our paths have crossed.”

“I am a big truck. Thought I had parked at this fuel station before I live in the area. Usually regrouping when I come back I knew had been here before but ended up parking in Arby's. Lol it's on a Sunday. I had to withdraw money to transfer it to another account Ashley was working behind the counter as I was getting what I thought frustrated with this machine it acting different than other ones. She was patiently trying to explain to me what to do I appreciated and told her that afterwards these people work very hard in these establishments across the country. I witness this and I told her thank you, Ashley.Hi said she is cool is the other side of the pillow now that I'm across the street and she still in there lol I didn't tell her at the time I did say that she's very calm and I appreciate everything that she does there. Thanks again Ashley hope to see you again.”

“The assistant store manager made the best malt I have ever had. And at age 60+ that is quite the accomplishment.

I asked for a strawberry malt and he suggested to make it with chocolate milk. Uh? Said it would add some depth to the flavor and make it taste like a frozen chocolate strawberry eclair bar.

He then proceeded to put it all together correctly, the amount of ice cream, malt, and mixing.
