They were very helpful and friendly, made sure we were completely set before we left and ensured we could come back in if we ever need any help. I would not have moved forward with switching if it weren’t for their great customer service. I will be recommending family and friends to go to this store!”

Even though I am leaving T Mobile, Marie was so helpful. She wanted to make sure my last interaction with T Mobile was exceptional. She achieved that completely. (hmmmm...should I really leave T Mobile?!!!”

“As I write this review I can see from many other reviews here that this was not a one time incident. Brian helped facilitate the transfer of my cell phone and tablet phone over to Verizon. I also purchased a new phone and line for my daughter as well as purchased the recommended protectors for the phones. Brian's patience and understanding of everything that was involved provided great reassurance. He was courteous and had great customer service which in this industry is very hard to come by. I will not hesitate to reach out specifically to Brian and also to the Verizon store located in The Green Town Center for any of my future wireless phones needs.”
