“So friendly and fast! I had only 20 minutes to spare before I had to get on the road for a 4 hour road trip. I only came in for an oil change even though I knew I only had one working headlight. But I was assured they could do the headlight and the oil change in no time at all, and they were right. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know!”

“Great experience working with Bishop. They were able to get me in a very short notice and get me a new battery installed within a day. They also fixed the hydraulics on my front hood. “I recently visited Michael's Tires Plus to have my two front tires replaced, and I had a fantastic experience. I called ahead to schedule an appointment, and David was incredibly accommodating, ensuring I could come in the same day. He made the entire process seamless and was very friendly, taking the time to explain all my tire options.Interestingly, my visit coincided with the April 8th Total eclipsed, and I had a couple of really cool moments with the rest of the team. “I had an object stuck in my tire causing a slow leak. They were able to get me in first thing the following morning, and they took care of me in less than 15 minutes. I was expecting to have to purchase a new tire (that is always my luck), but they were able to repair it. They did a great job! This was my first time coming to their location, but based off their hospitality, I will absolutely be keeping them in mind for future needs. Thanks for doing a great job!”
“My radiator blew at 10:30p6m on a Thursday. I had it towed in the next morning, completely expecting to be without a vehicle for the weekend. Jerry was great, called and let me know when my vehicle had arrived safely on the tow truck. They advised me they would try to take a look at it but may not get to it until Monday (I was perfectly fine with that). By 1pm they had called with a solution to the issue and had an upfront price. At 4pm they called and said it was ready. We were blown away by how quickly they got us in and how helpful everyone is. We recently moved and needed a new mechanic we could trust, now we’ve found one.”

“Sam's been our mechanic for years. Anytime anything is wrong with our vehicles, we contact him. He's an awesome dude and knows what he's doing! He doesn't just fix it and send you off, he explains, points out sounds or smells and gives you any info he can. We don't live close, but he's worth the drive. His quality work is worth it. Can't recommend McCowans enough!”
“My car recently blew a tire and needed to get them changed. I ordered my tires and appointment online through Good Year and had it scheduled two days later. While there were some issues with my appointment, it was on Good Year and not this location. They were still able to help me get my tires on and were transparent on everything. If you are ordering online and schedule it online as well, I would suggest following up with your location (a quick call) to make sure you are in the system. This is a problem with the online website so no reason for me to dock stars off of here. They were quick, very friendly, and helpful!”

Everyone that was there at the shop had been super friendly. Aiden helped me find out about possible issues coming up in the future with my car and educated me on everything to keep me better informed. He also showed me how well their prices compare to that of my dealership when it comes to services. This was the first time I actually felt comfortable and not judged at a shop about me or my car.
