“I recently went to the UPS store to get some copies made for our Labor Day Poker Game. I explained to Aaliyah what I needed to do, and this girl did not hesitate. She knew exactly what I needed before I even told her. Not to mention, I came in at 630 when they close at 7. She didn’t even hesitate to help me, and get it all done right away for me. The best part was she did it all with a smile on her face. She was kind, friendly, and I appreciated her being so sweet. She could have made me come back the next day, and I appreciate her valuing my time. I will be coming back for all of my office needs. Thank you Aliyah for making a task I thought would be difficult so very simple! You made my day a little easier. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars.”

“I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. Then back to the other customers and back to me and so forth. A helpful and hard worker for sure. Thanks again Feruza”
“There is a gate. Check-in online at the Guard Shack. They can help you if you have difficulties. I came at 8 pm while my appointment was 7 am tomorrow. They sent me sms with the dock number immediately. Park 5 feet away from the dock, don’t cut seal, wait when the guy comes and tell that you can do it. Then open trailer doors, slide tandems and back in to the dock. Wait when they send you sms to sign docs online and the guy knock in your door and tell you that you unloaded. I was unloaded at 01:30 am. Then drive to the Guard Shack and they give you the docs. You are gtg. You can ask them to stay overnight onsite (they allowed me).”

I also like how their hours are consistent (I've had this problem with other locations) and their different services (self amazon returns, computer, printing, etc.) are always up and running. I would recommend this UPS to everyone.”

“RMA is an outstanding small local company with the ability to service the Tri-State area on a big time scale. Affordable trailer rental and trucking rates. Several trailer sizes available. Over the road D.O.T. certified equipment. I have used them in the past, at times renting up to 100 at a time. Shuttle service from our docks to our customer's door with precision, on time accuracy guaranteed. They have never let me down. Highly recommend!!”
“I started out with a 1-star rating on my review. I had an issue with 2 packages that were shipped from Springdale to Scottsdale, where I am for the month of February. I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. I'm now anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Thanks, Haley for helping to get my issue straightened out.”

“Bought a chair at staples 2 years ago with the warranty. The warranty company could not help me because they would not read the receipt in there own database. went to staples to get a reprint and they could not help me. So Garrett and Harry got me a new chair and a new warranty so if anything happens to the new chair i am covered. 100% great customer experience. Will go here for anything computer related.”

It was time consuming but yet he still helped all of the other customers while still making me feel like I was his top priority. His idea was so good that I made it into a standard protocol in writing in the policy and procedure manual. Will be going back to this place again and again for sure.”

“I don't understand where all the negative reviews are coming from for this location. I think i've been here six or so times in the past 6 months and have made myself a nuisance with how ridiculous some of my shipments are. But they have been extremely kind, efficient and helpful- each time. I am so thankful for the staff at this location!”
