“This bank is absolutely amazing. I had issues trying to set up an account online and totally screwed it up. I went into this particular branch and was helped by a wonderful woman by the name of Leah Campailla, branch banker. She not only got my account squared away but did it in a professional manner so that I didn't feel like I was an idiot. Thank you Leah. My only complaint is that I cannot access my online banking. No worries though, I know all I have to do is go see the people at my branch on Monday morning and it will be taken care of. Also , there are no Saturday hours so that's a bummer to have to wait until Monday morning. Otherwise, a top notch institution.”
