“Reached out to a few ubreakifix locations for an emergency phone repair and this location was one of the only ones that could do the fix within warranty and immediately. Other locations told us to come back in a few weeks once parts became available which was not ideal. The service here was incredible! Support reps and technicians were extremely courteous and helpful. They called back when they said they would for various check-ins/inquiries and was very responsive. They did an impeccable job with the physical phone repair too and all within a few days..? 100% would come back and highly recommend this location over other ones in the area!”

He did it all within a timely period. My experience was good and he was very professional. He also gave me advice to hold on to my old phone in case something didn’t set up correctly I had reference my old phone and that I have 30 days to return my broken phone. Great job thank you.”

He did try to sell me on other products, which is a key part of his job, but he wasn’t overly pushy and didn’t make me uncomfortable when I declined, as someone who works in sales as well, it was very refreshing and much appreciated!”
