“Reached out to a few ubreakifix locations for an emergency phone repair and this location was one of the only ones that could do the fix within warranty and immediately. Other locations told us to come back in a few weeks once parts became available which was not ideal. The service here was incredible! Support reps and technicians were extremely courteous and helpful. They called back when they said they would for various check-ins/inquiries and was very responsive. They did an impeccable job with the physical phone repair too and all within a few days..? 100% would come back and highly recommend this location over other ones in the area!”

I’ve never went into an AT&T store and had a great experience until I came into the Howe Ave. location. “Debra and Emily are absolutely amazing! My husband and I met Debra at the Home & Garden show in Akron mid-February. She helped us upgrade our phones and get the best price. She explained what to expect regarding upcoming billing and helped us again today to work through a few billing kinks that had nothing to do with her. She is a true professional who goes beyond her job title/pay grade for the customer. We had such confidence in Debra's ability to problem solve that we drove from Akron to Aurora (45 minute drive each way) because we knew she would help us (unlike Isaiah at the S. Arlington store in Akron which is less than 10 minutes away). Additionally, Emily was so kind and patient with several older customers who had many (and I mean many) questions. She was calm, patient and caring. One of the older customers was rather rude and demanding but Emily was still kind to this woman. These two ladies are gems! We will drive from Akron to Aurora because of the staff. I hope AT&T appreciates all of their efforts.”

He clearly knew his stuff and answered any questions I had very clearly! He did try to sell me on other products, which is a key part of his job, but he wasn’t overly pushy and didn’t make me uncomfortable when I declined, as someone who works in sales as well, it was very refreshing and much appreciated!”
