“You know what...their clothes are a lil expensive for the quality and it's not typically my type of fashion but I will say they way the tend to you is pretty impressive. I had a girl making up several outfits for me and I thought that this was fun! It was neat to see what she put together for me and it wasn't like she just grabbed what she wanted to sell. She was actually asking me what kind of jeans and colors I like and what I usually like to wear. The best part is when I was in the fitting room she would be within a year shot away so I didn't have to get all dressed and shoes on just to grab a smaller size on the floor and head back in the fitting room to do it all over again. This definitely cut down on time and made things so much easier. They will clean up your fitting room when you're done so you can just get out of there. The best thing about this store is they offer 10% off for Military. I tend to stay loyal to stores who offer a Military discount.”

“Store organized and friendly The store had a huge selection and was well marked. Even the fitting rooms were open. I always feel like I have better luck and prices ordering online. So after walking around and trying on items I left empty handed. I will say the return process when ordering online and returning in store is very easy.”

“Wow! I haven't been to Macy's in so long, and today was an awesome trip! There were a lot of sales and while the women's section had 5 workers standing gabbing around 4 pm and ignored me. I thought I check out shoes and luggage..Shoes dept was super busy with about 20 customers, and there Shelly was the only person in the whole department. She was running, getting shoes, answering questions, ringing out customers. She reminded me of what it used to be like to shop at Macy's. Most professional and a class act sales associate I've had in a long time. I hope her hard work and kindness is seen by management and they reward her.”

“I visited this store not once but twice today because of the friendly, helpful, and supportive staff AND the amazing deals. I had such a great experience and was able to get a lot of really cute clothes and save money!! I want to specifically point out Bri, she is awesome! Very down to earth and real, she helped me pick out most of what I bought and find every size I needed!! This store was very clean and organized as well! Overall great experience 10/10 would highly recommend!”
“I had a great experience with the salesmen here. Jayson helped me find what I wanted to order for my wedding suit in the Ticknors catalog, then I tried on a couple different pants and jackets with Brian's help to get my correct size. They estimated a 10-14 day waiting time after I placed the order, but a week or two later they reached out and said my jacket was back-ordered, but it should still come in time for my wedding. I assume everything should fit well once it arrives based on the measurements and alteration notes they took during my initial visit. I appreciate everyone was open, kind and easy to talk to. Dominic is pretty cool too! I met him at the bridal show at the IX Center and he's the reason I visited in the first place!”
