“I visited Rally House and was warmly greeted by Kylee. She was extremely helpful, along with the young man who was helping. I truly regret not getting his name. They were both friendly, approachable, and took the time to help me pick out the perfect item for my boyfriend.
When I went to check out, the cashier, I believe her name was Sydney, was very unpleasant She seemed more interested in being on her phone than assisting customers and acted like checking me out was an inconvenience. Kylee stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. She and the young man went above and beyond and completely turned my experience around. Because of them, I will definitely be back. My boyfriend loved his new polos.”

“Colleen & Ant were very helpful. Colleen got a dope personality and is super chill and kind and made my day because they had my favorite shoes!!!! Ant was so impressive...he scaled an entire section of shoes and searched high and low for eons to find me not just 1 but 2 of my favorite pair of shoes as I stood there astonished in disbelief and gratitude...never seen such a manly man in my life. “Always a pleasant experience when formal dress shopping, even when we have to wait in long lines. They limit the number of items when there are multiple people waiting for the fitting rooms. A few days ago, though, unfortunately a young girl was so rude to other customers by basically having someone bring her more and more dresses over the limit, but also to employees who kept asking (nicer than I would have) to limit her items and let other people try on items. This girl was one of the rudest people I have ever seen. She threw a fit, was swearing at the employees, and even shoulder checked one on her way out. God help my child if they ever acted like that in public! I couldn't believe how patient the employees were.
On a lighter note, my daughter found an odd color dress and several employees were happy to give suggestions for shoe colors and what to have her date wear to match. We had very nice conversations with them, and the ones restocking dresses from the fitting room were so nice and giving compliments and suggestions to people trying dresses on. It was so nice to have others' opinions when trying things on. You know a mother's opinion only goes so far. Lol”
“Clean and organized store with very unique decor and clothing items. My wife found a very nice dress and leggings to wear during her pregnancy on clearance, and the lady who was working the store was very kind and conversational.”
“My daughter and I visited the Strongsville store today (6/9/26), and we were extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service we received. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our shopping experience enjoyable. The purchase process was smooth and easy, thanks to their professionalism and willingness to assist.
What stood out most was that both the manager and assistant manager took the time to personally introduce themselves and thank us for our business, making us feel truly valued as customers. Their hospitality and attention to detail left a lasting impression.

“I visited this store not once but twice today because of the friendly, helpful, and supportive staff AND the amazing deals. I had such a great experience and was able to get a lot of really cute clothes and save money!! I want to specifically point out Bri, she is awesome! Very down to earth and real, she helped me pick out most of what I bought and find every size I needed!! This store was very clean and organized as well! Overall great experience 10/10 would highly recommend!”
