    “I visited Rally House and was warmly greeted by Kylee. She was extremely helpful, along with the young man who was helping. I truly regret not getting his name. They were both friendly, approachable, and took the time to help me pick out the perfect item for my boyfriend. When I went to check out, the cashier, I believe her name was Sydney, was very unpleasant She seemed more interested in being on her phone than assisting customers and acted like checking me out was an inconvenience. Kylee stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. She and the young man went above and beyond and completely turned my experience around. Because of them, I will definitely be back. My boyfriend loved his new polos.”

    “It was decent I liked the whole vibe of the store like how it was set up to be an Erie storage shed. It was really cool. I’m grateful they take appropriate actions to keep minors away from the 18+ stuff. There’s truly never a store this edgy and that sells this genre of stuff. I didn’t end up getting anything because the prices can be quite high. My only minor complaint is that the employees can be a bit unprofessional which I guess is a little understandable based on where they work and what they sell.”

I had such a great experience and was able to get a lot of really cute clothes and save money!! I want to specifically point out Bri, she is awesome!
