“This is the BEST store in the mall. It may be my personal opinion, but shopping here is an experience. Whether you like getting customer service while shopping or not, hard to deny how helpful the employees are. This staff says it as it is and isn't afraid of giving an honest opinion. Super awesome clothes, people skating around and funny as hell staff. Management team is super hard working and always seem to resolve whatever issue you might have, whether its needing a good outfit or if you're just having a bad day.Keep it real.”

“You know what...their clothes are a lil expensive for the quality and it's not typically my type of fashion but I will say they way the tend to you is pretty impressive. I had a girl making up several outfits for me and I thought that this was fun! It was neat to see what she put together for me and it wasn't like she just grabbed what she wanted to sell. She was actually asking me what kind of jeans and colors I like and what I usually like to wear. The best part is when I was in the fitting room she would be within a year shot away so I didn't have to get all dressed and shoes on just to grab a smaller size on the floor and head back in the fitting room to do it all over again. This definitely cut down on time and made things so much easier. They will clean up your fitting room when you're done so you can just get out of there. The best thing about this store is they offer 10% off for Military. I tend to stay loyal to stores who offer a Military discount.”

“Definitely one of the nicer Rally House locations I’ve been too. Was well stocked and the staff were friendly. The only issue I had, which is with every Rally House I’ve ever been to, is that none of the locations I’ve ever been to are wheelchair/walker friendly. The racks and stands are packed so close together that you bump into things constantly when trying to look around the store.”

So after walking around and trying on items I left empty handed. I will say the return process when ordering online and returning in store is very easy.”

“I visited American Eagle at Southpark Mall on 12/28 and the experience I had was unmatched. I have not entered an American Eagle since high school.. we won’t say how long. I have not bought a true pair of jeans since then either. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by the sweetest employee Liz. She asked me what I was looking for, I explained my situation and that I had just lost a large amount of weight and was hoping to find MY pair of jeans. She asked me a ton of questions about what I do, what I like In jeans, what kind of fit I like, etc. to simply tailor the experience to fit ME. She took the time to help me find a pair of jeans (should’ve bought another for 50% off but hey, I’m THRILLED with one pair) that I absolutely wanted to live in. She brought me different styles, sizes, helped me find a shirt to complete my outfit and just all around took the best care of me. These workers are never thanked enough. I am so excited to wear these jeans all the time. I know Liz was just working while she was on break from college, but my hope is to return there to find her again. Thank you so much to Liz, and honestly to everyone in the store, for making me feel welcomed, appreciated, listened to, and confident.”
