“Best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store. Damien was patient and concise with what I was looking to do with my iPhone upgrade. I told him that I didn’t need all the bells and whistles because I’m not the most tech passionate persons and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I’d recommend seeing Damien to anyone with Verizon questions!”

I come here at least a few times a month to get new screen protectors and cases because they are the most reasonably priced out of any phone store I’ve been to! At&T tried charging me 60+ for a case I found for $15 over here! I won’t go anywhere else!”

“I recently visited with my daughter and had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff.
The sales associates who assisted were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the perfect phone within my budget.
What truly impressed us was their willingness to go above and beyond, we had to leave at one point to pick up my kids and they were so nice to come out of the store to assist me when we came back instead of me having to take my kids inside to complete everything.

“I walked into the Westlake AT&T store and was greeted by Shawn. Turned out Shawn was the manager of the store and a fine gentleman and very competent and knowledgeable about all products. I wound up upgrading my phone and obtaining a new Apple Watch. Shawn took care of the whole process with ease and in approximately an hour and a half had everything transferred and set up without any issues. I highly recommend anyone looking for AT&T service or products to use this Westlake store. I have been in other ATT stores and they do not compare to the service or attention given at this location.”
“This is by far the best store in Ohio! I walked in and asked Kenn to sale me on a phone (meaning… telling me about all the perks, positive's and negative’s) Kenn showed me 3 different types of iPhones… & explained the pros and cons) he had so much patience and answered all the questions that I had! Kenn also informed me on the other accessories that I could add to my plan for very little cost. Which was my new Apple Watch and iPad! I walked out of there paying less than 200 for the newest iPhone, newest Apple Watch and a iPad! You can’t beat these specials or customer service! These guys even found a way to get me a phone case and tablet case! #1 in customer service and support. Thank you again Kenn, you’ll forever be my go to guy when it comes to my phone or any other electronic devices.”

“Mike was the gentleman helping me and he did a fantastic job setting me up with a phone upgrade. I went in there looking for a higher end phone but he was realistic on what I should get considering the person on my plan that it was for. Instead of trying to make a few extra dollars he was realistic and considered what was in my best interest. He was also very respectful and professional. Seeing as the Metro store in Brunswick closed a while back I've had to find other stores to go to. I'm glad I decided to try this location. While I was there he was also able to set me up with an Internet modem and I was able to get their new Internet in home wifi. Great experience”

“This cricket store on pearl rd is the best! My grandfather went to the store in maple hts Ohio and a lady sold my grandfather a 600 dollar phone, change his iCloud password to what she wanted and my grandfather got locked out his phone! So I came to the cricket store on pearl rd and the nice lady Larene helped us out! She was very understanding and she is in the process of helping us fix another store mistake! Go see Larene! “My husband and I had been instructed to report to the nearest AT@T Corporate store, which for us, was the Strongsville location, to resolve an issue.
We returned two cellphones, which were never activated and received an email stating we owed $700+ and when we called Customer Service we were notified they could not assist and stated we need to seek assistance at a corporate store location.
We arrived at the Strongsville location late this morning and sat down with Cristaly Martinez, Strongsville site Store Manager. We explained the backstory and timeline to Ms. Martinez who listened patiently and was diligent gathering information. Her professionalism is truly a credit to AT@T. She handled our concerns in a positive manner and successfully resolved our issue, which was a bit complex due to an error by the AT&T device return location in Dallas, TX which resulted in an erroroneous billing.
We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Martinez for her outstanding customer service. It is because of this positive experience and successful resolution facilitated by Ms. Martinez that we continue to remain AT&T customers (recently switched from Verizon, after 21 years, in December 2025).”
