“I came into the store very dejected and left elated. Jess is the best customer service representative I’ve ever come across in my 66 years on earth. She is patient, kind, puts you at ease and really takes the time to let you understand everything there is to offer. I came out with an amazing new iPhone and WiFi plan that combined is the same cost as my old Verizon phone, Wi-Fi not included. She should teach customer service in every industry and what a wonderful world it would be. AT&T, you won the lottery with her, do whatever you have to so she stays!”

“I came into the store with a complicated issue that had to do with transferring my phone lines to another account without losing promotional credits. I had been previously working with different people NOT associated with this location, and was told false and conflicting information at every turn. This became ongoing and so stressful after some time, but coming into this location, Jehyfi completely turned that around for us.
I am SO happy we had Jehyfi helping us. He worked so hard to make sure this issue got resolved and went above and beyond for us. I can't really say enough good things. It's just so clear that he is genuine, knowledgable, and really cares. 10/10 recommend this location, especially working with Jey.”

“I have purchased my last few phones from this store, over the years, and my phone finally died on me last week, so I went back to the, to get a new one. These guys are great. By the time I got there, that night, it was practically time for them to close up shop and go home. They still took great care of me, they didn't try to rush me, or tell me to come back later, they went the extra mile, and stayed late, and made sure I got a phone and all my stuff transferred over, from, my other phone. They are always professional, they didn't act aggravated because I came in the store late, and I was taking up their time, they are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they get stuff done. They are really good people, and I really appreciate them helping me get my new phone running. If you are looking to buy a phone and you don't want to get hustled, and have to deal with somebody trying to upsell you, go see them. They are good, genuine people and I highly recommend this store.”

“I visited this location recently to upgrade my old phone and was helped by Katherine. Katherine was very friendly and gladly answered any questions I had as this was my first time upgrading a phone. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store and she got me in and out in a timely fashion. I definitely can't recommend this location enough. Service was great.”
“Great experience! My phone was quoted to take an hour long to fix but he had it done in 20 minutes. Came in to get my iPhone XR screen fixed and he showed me the battery which also looked water damaged. Reasonable price and the new screen looks great. Will definitely recommend this place!”

“Was helped by Tara…I hope that was her name…I was there on Friday the 14th of August 2026 at 10 am…I was having trouble with my iPhone where my text messages were green instead of blue and my FaceTime was not working…she took her time to find the right fix.. never felt rushed and she never gave up till she found the answer…she was outstanding and would go there if ever I had another issue but only when she was working.. thanks att for hiring great helpful employees.. she deserves a raise!”

“This cricket store on pearl rd is the best! My grandfather went to the store in maple hts Ohio and a lady sold my grandfather a 600 dollar phone, change his iCloud password to what she wanted and my grandfather got locked out his phone! So I came to the cricket store on pearl rd and the nice lady Larene helped us out! She was very understanding and she is in the process of helping us fix another store mistake! Go see Larene! She is the best on Parma and pearl”

“I had had my cell for a while and it was getting pretty full we had a power outage but when the power came back on it completely fried my phone I thought all the medical stuff for my parents all my passwords everything was completely gone I took it to them and he worked on it and worked on it and he had to tear the whole thing apart I did get a new phone and he managed to put everything in my new phone would recommend 100% I'm VERY pleased with the service”
