“I enjoy that I could drop off rental at this location any time with a fairly easy key return. I gave 4 stars due to the key drop box being broken. I didn't know where to place the key and protect enterprise from theft.”
“The people were great but the over the phone person sent me to the wrong place and almost didn’t get a car. I’d call the place your picking up to make sure you don’t waste your time”
“I had never rented a car before. I called the Toledo Express Airport location to get some information. The agent I spoke to (maybe Kevin??) was extremely helpful. He made me feel at ease giving me all the details I needed. It couldn't have been any easier. When I was ready to return the car a week later, I called to see if I could make the return time a little later and I spoke to Becky. She was very helpful allowing me to return an hour later than my original 11:30am return time. No problems at all. Will definitely rent from Enterprise in the future.”
“The staff was nice and professional and were able to accommodate my car request needs. The car was very clean, full of gas. It was a pleasure doing business with National Car Rental.”

“So helpful! There was a problem with my reservation (not because of them) but they spent hours fixing it for me! Went above and beyond! Both gentleman are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! This WILL be my go to spot for rentals!!!”
“Convenient airport location. Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Interior of vehicle appeared to be and smelled well sanitized. Vehicle pick up was swift. Vehicle had 20k miles and drove well with no issues. Hours of this location change between week days and weekends. Please be aware though there is a key drop box as well.”

“Rented a car from hertz on reynolds rd for 4 days. Very pleased with the car that I received. Never had any issues while I was traveling. I will be going back for my next trip.”
“Trinity worked out perfectly for our wedding. I was able to do all the booking details online with Brittany Martin, who was very responsive and accommodating. Even though our driver was coming from Michigan, and our wedding was in Bowling Green, OH, the driver was on time, and followed the schedule as planned. He was also flexible in adding a couple unscheduled stops at the end of the night. The value was excellent, and getting a shuttle that fit about 25 people for several hours, was much more affordable through Trinity, than hiring a limo for 2 or 3 hours. I am happy with the service that Trinity provided, and everything worked out great!”

“I had an amazing experience renting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Aman Shrivastava provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He took the time to explain the entire rental process, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the best car for my needs. He made everything simple, smooth, and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Aman if you need a rental. Thank you for such a great experience!”
