“Keyaira was amazing , she went out of her way to resolve my problem , my life phone was lock on the SOS activated and couldn’t use my phone , she was able to determine that my phone was as locked because someone tried to start an insurance claim for lost or stolen phone which I was not the one who started or submitted the claim ! She also helped me get a new phone ( which I love ) and she was also able to get me a great deal on adding and buying a iPad to my account! I've gone to Kroger and I've always had bad experiences, I never got exactly what I needed or people were out of things so he got my entire order correct, and even helped me put things into my trunk. I really appreciated his help and especially in these hard times. So this target definitely has my business, and respect.”

“Had another amazing experience with Theo a couple of days ago. Not only did he remember my sister and myself from about 10 years ago, he was personable and knowledgeable. He was able to switch over 5 lines (from another carrier) and 4 free new phones. He was a great at multitasking. While he was helping us, he was also able to assist other customers while never missing a beat. He was super respectful and we appreciated the ease of the entire experience.
