“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”
“I believe his name is John. I could be wrong the service here is unmatched. I was referred here from another phone repair shop. That speaks volumes itself. Repairs are timely parts ordering is quick. There is so many food things to be said. YOU WILL NOT REGRET DOING BUSINESS HERE. They can keep your device new. And keep you from having to buy a new phone every two years.. he also fixes computers and all sorts of electronic devices.”
“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

Even on a weekend holiday, they navigated things smoothly and were able to accommodate every request.

“My iPhone 11 (don’t judge ?) died on my flight to CLE. I was completely lost. My friend took me to Victra and Duncan was exceptional in getting me transferred to a 16 in one hour. I’m still resetting my logins, etc., but very happy to have made it through. If your phone is acting up - upgrade it soon.”

“Don't pay attention to open and close times. I would call first to see if they are open. Went there today 2/25 and they were not open. The Web site says they are open on Sundays from 12 to 5 . This is not the first time this has happened to me. There customer service is great. But they need to be a real business and open when they say they are suppose to be open.”

“This store was great to deal with after my very poor experience at your Aurora Store. There they ignored me until I came to the rep (there were no other customers) and then was told rather rudely that it was an exact change store, no outright purchases were allowed (which I didn't want to do) and the when I asked about trade in credit was told that those deals were no longer in effect (they were and I got them at the Solon store.”
