It seemed a good gamble to save a few hundred. They made sure to warn me extensively about the odds of success. The store is well kept and the displays were simple and accessible. We told him what she needed and he took it from there. We not only got her a new phone, but a case and charger as well. We were completely finished within 35 minutes( transfer time for the two phones. I recommend this store.”

“I just want to say the manager at this store is amazing! I ordered a phone online. That was a horrible mistake. My phone never arrived and was lost during shipping. I tried calling the common Boost phone number for customer service. A man from over seas answered and I explained what happened. He told me there was nothing he could do, hung up on me and blocked my number so I couldn't call back. I decided to go right to the store. The manager at Canton Rd was wonderful. She spent 2-1/2 hours helping me get in touch with someone who actually helped me and set-up a new phone for me. Even staying a half hour after they closed to make sure I had a phone. She is nothing short of incredible and I don't know what I would have done without her!!!!!!”
