“The reason I came to this store today was to search out a new phone that best suited my style. As I came into the store I was greeted immediately, and advised that the agent would be right with me, which I appreciated. When an agent became available I was given all of my options, cost, and different options I could do. He asked me what I needed: what I liked and didn't liked. He explained everything in detail while writing it out for me. I never felt rushed and enjoyed a conversation while my data was being transferred. The agent was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me. I'll be back for my next pho n e.”

“Quan greeted us promptly and assisted my Husband and I as we walked into the store. We were having 2 new numbers established and transfer of iCloud to an existing phone. We also purchased an iphone15 and had that transferred as well. There wasn’t a question that he couldn’t answer. Quan was very knowledgeable and informative about everything. We hope to continue to work with him at this location in the future. He was very professional and kind. He knew the ins and outs of the whole process. “The people that work in there our wonderful awesome knowledgeable they always right there to help you out tell you about the latest things that MetroPCS has to offer their uncredible there they go above and beyond every time I go in that store that's my favorite store to go to. And once I get the chance to find a place I hope I find a place out here so I can be close to that store. Cuz if not I will make and go out my way just to go to that store. Another good store is I don't know if the gentleman still works there or not he makes that store awesome and goes above and beyond actually he does the same thing that these two people do at this store those two stores along with that one dude is at Morse road store as wonderful I went there a few times and he wasn't there they seem not knowledgeable on both types of phones android and iPhone not everybody has iPhones okay just let me tell you that your people need to know about both Android and iPhones to really help your customers out there's a couple stores that I went to the people that work there only know about iPhones and very little or no knowledge about Androids.that being said step up your game on that level. Other than that these two stores are awesome to go to!”
“I went to to ask for help with my phone, there were already others there in line. There was a lot going on, phone ringing, customers speaking in different languages, prople coming in & out of store, etc. Through it all the young lady behind the counter (Tammy) didnt miss a beat! She was helping 3 different customers at once, very efficiently, and not getting the slightest bit frustrated. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I was impressed with her!”
“She was VERY helpful!! I got a a new phone due to none of my apps getting notifications!! She made sure every app I have had a notification before we left!! I work from my phone and if I don’t get notifications then I don’t work!! Hopefully she stays at the Georgesville Rd store!!!

“My experience with IFixx was great. From the very beginning, I left a message and they called back quickly. I missed their call and had a message back from them. When we finally did get in touch with each other, they were very knowledgeable about what I needed. I made an appointment and I was leery of meeting at a shared office space that didn't have their name on the storefront but it worked out fine. They were right on time for the appointment. I had cracks in my screen so they replaced it. It's like a new phone! When the time came for me to pick my phone up, I had a very hard time finding a parking space downtown. That, coupled with the traffic caused me to be about 20 minutes late which really stressed me out. The rep waited patiently for me and was calm as a cucumber even though I was so stressed about being late. I'll definitely go back to IFixx with future phone problems!”
