“**UPDATED 3/20**This honestly started as a 3.5 star review. There were some finishing and installation issues/damage, as well as perhaps some miscommunications between the design and install teams about some of my concerns. That led me to give what I considered a pretty fair and accurate review.However, the reason for the 5-star update is the time and care Matt took to come to my house, personally address the concerns and make things right.It is so rare to find a company these days that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Sometimes things happen with a project. But how a company responds and addresses those problems - that is the mark of integrity. That alone makes me want to do business here again. They are also very friendly, knowledgeable and have a great selection - so there's that too. :)Stop searching and give Matt a call!”
“With our kitchen remodel we went countertop shopping. After about four stores we checked Google Maps and found Discount Granite. They had exactly what we wanted (they even had similar material found at other stores) After purchasing we needed to wait for about a month for the cabinets. They agreed to hold them for us. When ready for countertops to be installed we contacted Larry. It was a 10 day wait time. Larry called the morning of install and gave me a ETA. All during the install Larry communicated with us by asking us questions and answering ours. He does all the cutting onsite. It’s done outside but is dirty. The good part is he measures and cuts to his measurements. The counters fit perfect! Definitely a custom fit. This was a great experience from purchasing to install. Prices are very fair. You pay Discount Granite for the slab and sink if you choose. Then at installation you pay for the install.I hope I never do another kitchen, but if I do, I would choose Discount Granite. And I highly recommend”

“Simple Bath installed a bathtub for my wife while we were on our honeymoon. We were only gone for 5 days and when we got home the look on her face made it all worthwhile. Seamless installation with no evidence anything was renovated while we were gone. Can’t say enough about how hands on the owner was in making sure everything worked out perfectly.”

“A solid hardware store, everything thing you need to paint, repair, or build. The home and garden is not the best and service can be slow to refill propane. But if your looking for hard to find items this is much better then the other traditional box stores.”

“The guys called prior to arrival and were prompt. They were quite careful in removing the old bathtub and cleaned the area continually. The shower installation went seamlessly. I am a person who asks questions. Their responses were always respectful and in layman’s terms. They are professional and talented installers. I highly recommend Bath Experts for your next shower installation.As an aside, they even added a hinge stop so our bathroom door doesn’t hit the glass shower door. That’s going “beyond the call o duty.” I’m so sorry that I’ve forgotten your names to personally identify you. You are both hard workers and Bath Experts is lucky to have you on their team!”
