I have been in a lot of places that sell tools, but this one is absolutely amazing.Most places I've been in have been industrial Supply stores which sell some combination of tools and maratime gear and equipment, matching tools, welding tools, fasteners, or cable, chain, and hoses of all kinds. This place has tools, and an amazing selection of tools. These are the kind of tools you need if you work in a vehicle repair shop, or some place that requires quality and specialty hand tools. This is the place you go to buy quality tools at a fair price, instead of a tool truck. This place had more than you would ever find on any tool truck. Simply an amazing store.”

“This store should be a customer service model for all businesses. The minute you walk in someone asks if they can help you find something. The staff is always knowledgable about whatever you ask of them. This store always seems to have whatever I need. Some items are a little pricier than the big stores but I've also found many times their prices were cheaper than Lowes - and it is certainly worth the convenience of not having to drive to Huber Heights or Trotwood. This store and its staff are outstanding in every respect.”

But Max tracked them down for me, found a supplier, let me know a timeline, researched 2 day air shipment options, & communicated fantastic! I ended up finding the parts through a faster path for me to get them sooner but Max was everything you could ask for with help & service.”

“I just want to share that Sharon in the plumbing department is an absolute angel! We purchased our first home and of course everything seems to be falling apart! It’s 700 pm on a Saturday night and we get a pinhole leak in our hot water pipe leading to the washer we’re trying to install..we race over to Home Depot in hopes we can fix it ourselves before calling Roto Rooter again!! Sharon was so helpful and kind, we showed her pics of the situation and she shared her knowledge with us. She even took time finding the copper pipe cutter we would need. “I've been to this location several times and never had a problem. And research what you need. Good store good people. Bigger selection on things than other stores. Milwaukee's not bad if you're on a budget do some research you might get a better deal. If all else fails there's a Starbucks caddy corner from the place. Little more knowledgeable employees work there. The wood in my experience is about 75% straight and 25% either crooked bent or too many eyes. So take your time look at your piece.”
