I came in to buy a battery. It was several dollars cheaper than the same battery at Medina smoke shop.
I wish I knew her name but the awesome lady (with the awesome mushroom shirt) was so kind and helpful. She even gave me a lanyard because I keep dropping and breaking them. Not only that, she helped with trying to put it on the battery.
Above and beyond my expectations and incredible customer service. I’m visually impaired so going to stores on my own is extra stressful. She made the experience great!

“We drove 14 hours from Maine with two kids, and stopped at the mall to let them get some energy out. Went to Buckle because I don’t have one near where I live and let me tell you these workers literally went above and beyond to accommodate us. From the second we walked in they were helping me with sizes and styling. They even went back with my son and found him a new pair of jeans and belt. One girl was grabbing me different items of clothes to try on and the other one literally held my baby for like 20 minutes!! Great workers, and great people. They don’t know how much those kind gestures meant to us especially during our long road trip.”

“The product assortment is solid for standard everyday basics, making it easy to grab some affordable t-shirts and shorts for me and durable play clothes for my kid, even if the style options feel a little repetitive from season to season. Finding the products in your size when they are running their large sales can be a challenge. It’s not a flawless shopping experience, but for a quick weekend run to grab the family essentials without breaking the bank, it gets the job done.

“We went to the Sephora at the Medina Kohl’s today. We got excellent service from Olivia. My mother in law described what type of perfume she wanted, but did not have a name in mind, simply that she wanted a baby powder scent. Olivia found the perfect perfume immediately. I then told Olivia the type of scent I was looking for and she again found the perfect scent on the first try. We did smell others, but it turned out that the very first one that Olivia chose was the perfect scent. She’s very talented and it was fun to chat with her today. My MIL bought hers and I will be back to purchase mine! Thank you, Olivia!”

“I came in on Friday looking for deals. We buy underwear socks and shirts for men doing job interviews. I stopped a man to ask about scarfs and we started talking. I told him who I was and he pointed me to the discount rack. They had all kinds of underwear there and T-shirts and so I spent half as much as I thought I would have to and got some great stuff for the men. Thanks to you Jay and TJ Max what a great store for the community”

“My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Ticknor’s! In true man fashion, he waited too long to rent/buy a tux for an out of state black tie wedding happening in 5 days. The salesman, Marcus, helped us immediately and had him dressed and fitted within 20 minutes and assured us a pick up day before we left for the wedding! Awesome service!”
“Visited Foot Locker and scoped out some kicks for my son. We saw a pair of Nike tennis shoes for $130. I told my son his budget was $100, so work within that. He was okay with it. He found a $100 pair of shoes that looked just like the $130 pair. And, they were on sale for $69.99. So he tried them on and liked them. When we checked out, they rang up as $99.99, so the manager had to adjust the price to match the sale price, but this was done with no issues. The staff was friendly and the shoes are trendy.”
“Thank you, Corrina! I had to leave town for a funeral the next day and needed a new suit. I had gained some weight, so I was not sure of my sizing. Corrina asked if I had any color preferences and helped me locate matching coat and pants. Then measured me for a new shirt too. She is a great asset to the department. :-)”
“Small goodwill boutique with a good selection in women's and men's clothing, outerwear, shoes, and accessories. As this is a goodwill boutique, this place is nicer than a regular goodwill and carries higher end brand products. If you are looking for Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Lululemon, Calvin Klein, Coach, Nike, ..., you will definitely find it here. Sometimes you can get a luxury brands for a steal.”
