I said some negative things about this store I've never been to Ohio and we stopped at two different stores and I miss spoke when I said true north I apologize to true north and all their staff,for putting a negative light on their store. I had no issues at the store I had no problems .very friendly staff ,professionalism,no issues so I apologize for anyone who read my previous post”

“I found this location while traveling through Cleveland. It was marked on the highway sign under gas. While it was a bit further than expected, it was worth it. The station was very well lit for night time. The pumps were newer and quick. The inside was clean and the staff was friendly. Shell rewards are accepted here, but not Kroger.”
“I can appreciate the workers here being polite and patient. I lost feeling in my hand in March and a lot of people that work at stores in general don't have a lot of patience with me, and payment at places with these workers are worst part of not being able to use my right hand. The young man the worst around 2:00 p.m. during the week was very surprising and he's a good example of quality customer care. Thank you guys.. it means a lot.”

“I didn't actually go into the Sunoco. The bus stop happens to be across the street from it. But I have been in this Sunoco before the COVID lockdown. Two different times I went in and the gentleman behind the counter was very rude and treated me like an idiot. Therefore I never have gone back. It actually is not a bad gas station and the store is very well stocked. And tonight I went back because I needed a quick bite. The staff had definitely changed as there was two very nice gentlemen and the food was tasty. I'm glad that they have changed things. But two star to a four star is quite a jump.”
“I have been to this location numerous times and recently I enjoyed being helped by a guy named Trey! He helped my find everything I needed in the store and when I asked for an item that wasn’t on the floor he immediately went to check and make sure none was in the back, and he found it! And not only did he give me my item he stocked enough for others to be able to get too! GREAT EXPERIENCE!”
“Recently came here to grab some energy drinks before heading to the in laws. This place is a beautiful, charming gas station with a beautiful Ohio charm. Maintains nostalgia on the outside but it's a typical gas station on the inside. The cashier was really fun to chat with and is a great comedian. Wouldn't mind coming back here”

“Gas stations don't really have much to offer. You go there for fuel. And most times you don't even go inside. I went inside today and the staff was friendly. The inside was clean. Well that is enough for me. I was pleased and left happy.”
“This is hands down the best speedway in Cleveland, breakfast and lunch sandwiches ready every morning and afternoon and this one is wayyy better than the new one on miles!!!”
“They have a large variety of drinks, beers, and wines. They also have clothes and all kinds of other things. It was the only place open at 11:20 pm. in this area.”
“Quick and easy process. The only complaint is that the drying process does not dry the cars good (the front window and hood of the cars, also the drivers side did not dry good). The cost is good.”

“Great pricing, and very nice people. I was looking for mounting hardware for putting up pictures and they didn't have anything in stock, so they let me use some double sided tape behind the counter free of charge, provided I returned it when I was done.”

“It's a family owned market in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood and it's fast and friendly service. It has a great line of groceries,lottery,beer,deli meats and cheeses,soups etc. Honestly one of the fastest lottery lines in the north Eastern Ohio area. I live two blocks from this store and I wish it was enough empty acres for them to expand.”
