“Last year Alfonzo fixed one of my flex pipes on my Cadillac I was in and out and the price made sense. This year I crashed into a snow mound and it did some damage so I immediately thought of S2F and had it towed there. When the guy first called me to tell what I was potentially facing to pay I was discouraged but ultimately decided to get the work done that would just have my baby drivable. My 4 stars are simply based on their labor fee. While I believe everyone should be charging their worth 1400 for labor and my parts were only 346 was crazy to me. It was for 8 hours total but it didn’t take them 8 hours to fix my car. I’m giving Rashad a pass though because he truly went an extra mile fixing my bumper in a way my car wasn’t looking totally effed up since I didn’t want to pay for the cosmetic repairs. I’m all for quality and paying for it when it makes sense! Overall I like the shop from the aesthetic to the actual work being done. I’ll be back in the future should I need to for sure.”
