The man who answered the phone was polite and immediately handed me over to a woman who was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. I wasn’t even asking for a standard locker lock, bc I needed one with a specific hatch and hook , and she kindly walked me through four different options at very reasonable price points so I could choose what worked best for me. She happily recommended the cheaper option, which you just don’t see much of these days, and EVEN stayed and waited for me to come in to give me the lock, that she had reserved a spot for , right next to her on the counter. Both her and the man I spoke with were so kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. The store itself is amazing, they literally have everything you can imagine, from basic hardware to hard-to-find items that most places don’t even stock anymore. It’s clear they know their inventory and care about helping customers get exactly what they need. Excellent experience all around. 10/10. Highly recommend!”
