“The entire team of Savoy is OUTSTANDING!!!! The property office has the perfect team in Hannah (Property Manager) and Mckenna (Leasing Consultant). The maintenance team is just as superb. Danny (Senior Maintenance Supervisor), John, and Damian made sure any work order; maintenance emergency; or weather impact was handled professionally, swiftly, and with compassion. ALL common maintenance issues were completed in under 24hrs of notification. Emergencies were handled with the proper attention. Any major issues were communicated and completed in a timely manner, with little to no inconvenience.
Hannah and Mckenna made the property feel like a home. They took every concern, from minute to extreme, the same way. The property office nurtured a tight knit feel for the community. I would recommend Savoy to EVERYONE looking to live in a community where kids are safe; adults enjoy fantastic community events; and a staff that genuinely cares about the people. HILLS Properties has a gold mine in Savoy.”
