“I wanted to express my sincere Thank You to Darian Pillow (hope name is correct) for his awesome effort in tracking down a rear Pinion Seal for my 1970 concours Buick GS Stg 1 which I had spent many hrs myself trying to locate!
Darian measured the old seal multiple times to be sure of size & put it out on the ORielly’s mainstream & was able to track this limited seal to Rock Auto which I had zero luck myself earlier!

“I needed to find a less expensive, but still convenient place for regular oil changes. Decided to give this location a try. (The coupon available on their website didn't hurt either)
Made an appointment early in the week and showed up a good 15 minutes early. They had my car in the bay right away. Oil change and tire rotation was done. Everything was left clean>
Really appreciated the digital inspection checklist made available to me.
Coupon or not, I think I'll give them another go come next oil change.”

“This place has changed locations. Pictures on Google maps are from the old location. It's a wide open parking lot and you just walk up to the big doors until construction is done. I believe. Everybody's very helpful. They have tons of batteries. The prices are okay. But interstate batteries are reputable.”

So yesterday I was coming down reading road, about 3 blocks before the o Riley store there’s like 7 pot holes. Unavoidable I hit the first one and it damaged my new 2024 Nissan Altima 500$ low rider rim flattens my tire immediately. Unknowingly I immediately turn right cause I know it’s messed up I’m trying to park and see. O Reillys was right there. I thought oh great perfect.
And it was perfect.
I’m a small woman. I got my jack out and started tugging at the lug nuts. They weren’t budging.
I walked intoO’Reillys and there was Steve. A freaking life saver!
Steve said hey these tools could help but let me come take a look, he came out and taught me about the whole process. From placing the jack correctly, using the unlock tool for the “ locked” lug nut. He had a bad back but still took every single one of those bolts off. God bless him for real.
He did all this with a smile.
Steve needs a raise.
How can you be that nice in a world like today. Definitely inspiring and definitely opened my eyes to be more like Steve.”

“I like going to this O’Reillys everything‘s very convenient and they pretty much have everything here I have a 2005 Volkswagen beetle and they had a lot of the things that he needed a month ago. There was someone that was helping us, but he was very rude and I felt like he just didn’t know how to do his job right but came back because I know that this place is actually really good. It was probably a bad day for him. I haven’t seen him ever since that day, which is fine by me, but absolutely love this place super convenience super close and more often than not. The workers are very friendly.”

“My wife went to this location today to get her battery checked. While she was there Mike took great care of her. After he did a full charging system test on her vehicle. He was able to determine that the battery for her vehicle was defective. Mike even offered to install her battery for her. After the battery was installed she had issues with her alarm continually going off. And he also assisted with that issue as well. Long story short these auto parts need more people like Mike. It’s nice to be able to send my wife there while I’m at work. Knowing that someone is going to help her with her vehicle.”

“I really hope Tristin Conley reads this. He treated me 10/10 and helped me start my semi truck when the batteries were dead.
It was Sunday, and almost everywhere was closed. I called many places, but nobody answered. When I called Batteries Plus, Tristin helped me right away and did everything he could to help me.
He is a really good guy and deserves a raise or even to become a manager. I really appreciate his help. 10/10 service, no disappointment at all.
