As a Flex driver, this is the pickup location for all Fresh deliveries within Greater Cincinnati. I have only had Fresh blocks a few times, but they were all great.
This distribution center, UOH5, is located in a quiet industrial area. The parking lot is small but sufficient, including two spots for curbside pickup.
Drivers have limited access inside the facility. They can use the restroom and vending machines, as well as receive freebies such as high-visibility vests or seasonal gifts.
Loaded carts are arranged on the side of the front door. Flex drivers wait outside until they receive the notification. It takes around 5-15 minutes from arriving to pickup, depending on the mood of the staff. The pickup process is standard as for all Flex delivery pickups.
Personally, I don't much care about the staff's attitude as long as they do their job and don't disrupt mine. It is also very stressful to work in an Amazon facility, so I sympathize with them.
Fresh delivery blocks are usually in high demand for drivers, mainly because customers have the option to give tips. On my first delivery, my tip was equal to my payment for the route, so the total was twice what was listed in the app. This is a good alternative or addition to Instacart.”
“Always Stopped at the store as always morning time to buy my alcohol but left my wallet at home, the guy at counter stop me before I left and insisted of paying on his card , it was $11 dollar not many people will do that. Thank you so much we repay it soon . Awesome service and clean place as always .”

Teas, Masala’s, Shan, Oil, Rice, Daals, Nans, Frozen Selection, Meats.
I had been to another shop Halal Burger what a waste of time. The shop had No stock & the burger bar had nothing Asian in the menu just fries burgers chicken.
Halal Market definitely for the win the Freezer selection was well stocked with Parathas,Kebabs,Samosa’s,Pastry etc…

“Always clean and pretty much stocked with everything that I need. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the section with the non dairy milk can be very bare at times and it's so hard to find someone to put more on the shelves. Regular milk has tons sitting out so you may not have to restock the shelves as often. Please have someone regularly checking on the stock that's on the shelves.”
“Yes, this is an older store that needs to be updated. The store’s QR systems is no where near as bad as Kroger Mason Montgomery. I had to police their pricing by going to customer service every visit.

At the bakery counter, I peppered the staff member with a plethora of questions and struggled with the smallest of details in my grief. Finally, we figured out an order and I left feeling pleased. When my sister picked up the order (enough to serve 100+ guests) a few days later, she was met with a huge surprise and ultimate kindness - there was no charge. What a kind gesture.
