Advance Auto Parts provides excellent and fantastic service with staff described as super nice, professional, and helpful, often going above and beyond. They carry more in-depth car parts and offer good service for actual parts. However, prices are noted as well overpriced for simple items like oil or antifreeze compared to nearby stores. The location also features a clearance rack with random items.
Very helpful staff here! This was my first time changing my battery, I had bought one originally from another location but it was too big (my fault for not checking closer). They helped us pick the right one and now my car is back up and going! Thank you to the Shrock Road team for excellent service!
