“In comparison to my regular Blue Ash (Hunt Rd) Kroger,this Mt. Orab store is outstanding! While I do not use the pharmacy regularly, I have never had an issue with a call ahead pick up. Deli area is well staffed and employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well stocked and great produce department. While the checkout lines can be long in the summer and close to holidays, I always use self checkout. The employees are helpful and quick to respond for issues. My favorite Kroger in greater Cincy area.”

“Love this place and the owners. They're always so sweet and if you ask for something they don't have they'll usually order it for you. I just tried their breakfast sandwich on a whim and oh my lanta it was soooo good and a decent size for the price. Highly recommend!”

“While this store is somewhat outdated, don't be fooled by the front, it is actually huge inside. I did not wander around much as I was just dropping off a pre paid label FedEx package. The employees were really friendly and informative about this super convenient FedEx service! Aside from dropping off packages, it seems like you could really get anything you needed here. The biggest downside is that the parking lot is very small and awkward, but luckily it's never that busy.”

My husband and I are heading out for the day hiking and we made a quick stop, The restrooms were very clean. All in all a great place, very happy we stopped. Will definitely stop in again”

“Has been part of my night routine for close to a year now. The younger girls have always been pleasant and helpful. Seem to handle the stress of long ice cream lines, impatient on the goers, and the intoxicated very well if you ask me. Store needs updated. I would have rather seen fresh paint inside than the recent parking lot expansion (guessing the new pumps are charging stations or bio-fuel)”
“Kind of mad today, picked something up from an end cap that was supposed to be 20% off..it was a LEGO item..rang up regular price. Cashier said it was because it said Lego City instead of whatever the sale sign said...well, there were all kinds of Lego City items on that shelf... why???If they are not on sale as well, do not put them with advertised items..now they just lost my business because they did something silly like that. I would much rather sell something as to lose a customer's business all together if I were them...I guess that's what I get for thinking ?”
“We stopped in to get my grandma some flowers and a Starbucks pick me up. The store has a large selection, gas station, floral department and pharmacy. Lots of clothing, shoes and other household items. You can also find a very large selection of food! I would most definitely recommend it to anyone”

“They are a super store with alot more than downtown Batavia. However not as friendly... Last time there there were quite a few people without masks as well as supply vendor (Coke Driver)”
“I love this store, sometimes can be a hectic place, because it is very busy at times, but all of the morning shift people are very nice and make an effort to joke and put a smile on your face! Rarely out of the coffee I like and with no hesitation they will make more.”

“The pharmacy is fine. You can't expect to come in after close and be seen. Basic common sense there unfortunately. These people are here to work and get paid, not volunteer and you all need to understand that this is a job for them. I have had nothing but good experiences here and have had dozens of prescriptions filled. Whenever there is a problem, they communicate the issue and let me know what is happening. I fear that most of the customers here are miserable and entitled people. The staff are fine.”
