Cabinets were in within 2-3 weeks!! Couldn’t believe how quick! Highly recommend Jan for all your design needs!”

“A real-deal old-school hardware store with eclectic offerings. Need a cast iron skillet and a washboard? They've got it. Odd bits of hardware our of the same era as the houses in the neighborhood? Yep. Knowledge that you can't find at Home Depot? They have some of that too. Every old neighborhood needs to covit little hardware stores like this that have the unique ability to serve their distinct neighborhood in a way big box stores just can't.”

“I've been into several of their stores and always had a good time chatting with the employees. They know their stuff. Recently stopped into the new shop in Macedonia and was amazed at how well it was laid out. The guys there were helpful. They have free hot dogs too! What else do you want?!”
“This place is great! I am working on a very large infrastructure project in the area and a couple times now this place has saved me while in a pinch looking for a tool/material that wasn't in stock anywhere else. The variety of brands from Pittsburgh to Milwaukee to Morse really cannot be found making Dak Tool and Supply pretty unique. It appears to be family owned and operated and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Typically with places like this the prices will be a bit higher than big box retailers due to volume but the few times I have been here the items I purchased were comparable and even cheaper than I would've paid. Overall solid place that has been clutch for me on multiple occasions.”

“Our refrigerator after 23 years finally decided to quit what is was supposed to do.You know cold and frozen.My daughter and myself went refrigerator shopping.She wanted to head to the big box stores.... but I had heard from friends about Bloom Brothers. Now I had not be in the store since when I went with my father in the 1960s.What a wonderful experience. Still the very personal service, no high sale push. Just friendly and above excellent in customer service.Brandon , our salesman explained the pros and cons and found us just what we wanted.We were sad when he said that delivery would be about two weeks but whatever. We really liked the product.SURPRISE call from Brandon two days laterGot your refrigerator want it Friday? The next day!Of course I said yes and delivery time from10am to noon.The delivery guys showed up at 10am.Had to remove the door to my house to get it in the house. Off and back on without problem.Took my old refrigerator.They set up and connected the new refrigerator without a problem.Sorry I did not get their names but they were very good at their job.They did the entire set up and explained the refrigerator to me.WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Bloom Brothers to any and all.Thank you all.”

“I try to patronize "mom and pops'" wherever geographically I am at that time of need, but especially in the community I find myself living in and spending a majority of my time. That said, I wandered into Wilkes with a question, the likes of which were admittedly ambiguous and given that my knowledge of the English languages' adjectives are nothing to write home about Jack, the apparent owner gave me the time of day and despite not ending up having the hardware I needed pointed me to a close location that had more chances of stocking what I needed. I ended up buying some WD-40, of which I have 5 cans of, from him anyway as a tip of the hat on my way out because it always feels good to wash each other's hands and if we're honest, WD-40 is hobbyists'/DIY'ers cheat code. “Called ahead after I Google Satellited the place & saw how little space they had for a 53ft dry van. Was told I was more than welcome to come the night prior to stay over night. Told I could go ahead & break seal & dock only in the dock by the wall. Guy said they'd wake me up when they were done unloading. Other docks are for pickup trucks & box trucks. I complied. I also put the ppw in the back of the trailer. Surprisingly, they started on my trailer at 0600. Got ppw at 1015.”
“Excellent customer service both over the phone and in store. Was missing parts for my ergo chair and the nice gentleman on the phone helped me out with seeing if they had the parts in stock (they did) and came on down and the wonderfully nice lady helped me out with the parts and doubled check to make sure it was the correct pieces. Struck a nice conversation as she seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I got my parts and was out in a jiffy. 10/10 I will be returning for more hardware needs.”
