My boyfriend needed an upgrade from an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and the person was kind enough to walk him through every step of the process. He even helped set up his watch for him. “I’ve been with Atnt for years my experience if that location was one of the best I ever had. I had to use that location because my phone wasn’t working properly because my husband had major surgery done at Cleveland clinic and my phone wasn’t working properly. I should’ve gotten an update nine months ago when I was eligible for it, but I didn’t. Candace made it so easy for me to understand all the new iPhones and was patient with me while there was other customers in the store and she was the only sales tech there she handed herself like a pro. I wish we had a tech like that here in Youngstown/Boardman and knew what they were doing like Candace does thank you so very very much way to go Candace.”

He was patient in helping me solve an issue I was having with my current phone and knowledgeable of Cricket's products and helped me upgrade to a phone that was perfect for my needs. I was silently considering leaving Cricket because of phone issues I had been having for a while, but after receiving such honest and wonderful customer service, I decided to stay with them a lil longer.?”
