“a wonderful store. BUT why is it so dirty?! Why doesn’t anyone wash the floors in your fitting rooms. There has been a stain from some kind of liquid in one of the fitting rooms for more than two months. Close your store for one day from customers and do a general wet cleaning, at least one once a month!!!!”

“I was shopping late Christmas gifts a few days ago for my sis in law and fiance and Monica was really sweet she made sure to take the exploding ink parts off because I told her there has been times they have forgot to (not TJ Maxx Kholes) and she was just really welcoming and considerate GIVE HER A RAISE”
“I only visited to pick up on online order. That was the quick and easy part. The online ordering process wasn't. Meijer's website was slow and cumbersome. Each item in a category was scattered across all the category pages. You'd be looking for peanut butter and find Skippy on page 2, Jif on page 6, Peter Pan on page 9, organic on page 10, and the store brand also on page 10. No similar items were ever listed together.”
“It was nice to see one of my favorite stores open again. It's disappointing to see the tariffs increase prices for furniture and household goods. The staff were helpful when I asked questions. I would love to see the Huber Heights store re-open.”

I was in last week. Rachel in Misses/Contemporary assisted me. She put forth extra effort to help me find what I was looking for(an item that I believed was no longer available). She not only found it but also took the time to find my size in another location and ordered it! She is a very nice young lady with exceptional customer service skills!”

“normally i love coming to this tj maxx it’s generally clean, organized, and i’ve had nothing but good customer service. however my most recent trip there i bought teeth whitening strips that came in a box of 14 only to find out when i get home and open them there’s only 1 left because someone stole the rest of them??skill issue on my part for not checking but it’s a little too easy to steal smaller items and i wouldn’t be complaining but im just trying to be hygienic over here??”

“This is one of those places I've been driving past for years, but never once was curious enough to go inside...that is until this past Tuesday evening.
LOL Unfortunately, I didn't realize the store was closing at 9pm, and I wandered in at about 8:55!
Still, the employees all seemed friendly enough, and I was there long enough to notice they had a very good selection of PC, Mobile, and related device connection cables, chargers, etc - which was all the way in the rear of tbe store, but more than enough of a selection, and priced cheap enough, to have me planning on going back again asap!
It's not a huge retail space, but big enough inside to have an interesting selection of items, and I'm looking forward to my next visit, to have a good nose around!

“Only here to highlight an employee who went above and beyond. I had a missing item from an order, that even though it had been a week since placing it and I had to wait until cameras could be checked, Kira (from the Huber Heights, OH store) made my daughters Christmas happen. If it wouldn't have been for her, my daughter may have missed out on her gift. Not only was she quick to check footage but also a great communicator and went above and beyond to check other stores and reach out to them so they could place a tablet on hold for me to pick up same day. Even upgraded to the next best thing since it was lost and out of stock. Thank you soooo much Kira!! Target is lucky to have you!”
“Usually have no problem shopping there. This time,had a rude stocking person in the cat food aisle. She just busts out you can't be here. She should have asked how she could help. She then got rude again when I told her I would go elsewhere. Her and her co workers start talking crap about us,as we are in the next aisle, getting litter. I shop there at least once a week. Meijer you need better customer service minded people. I work in the service industry, word of mouth is everything. Try harder!”
“This is my go-to store for most everything. Great selection, great prices. Discovering this store has rendered Wal Mart and Target, stores that often didn't have what I needed anyway, moot.
Plus, they have not jumped on the private equity band wagon and remain family-owned. Hopefully it stays that way!”

“Kearra started doing my Mom’s hair several years ago and instantly had a connection with her. She not only took her time and listened to what my Mom wanted but she also kept a conversation going and made her feel comfortable. She now not only does her hair, but she does my hair, and my Daughter’s hair as well. She can do it all!! We not only have a Master Stylist, but we also have a friend as well?”

“For the first time in 10+, I had a poor experience at Sam's today. I say experience but more like an interaction with T***y, who was scanning customers out and feels the need to yell at customers. I passed my concerns on to Alejandro and (I think her name was Kim, glasses and short white hair) at the customer service desk. I appreciated that they listened which was all I was looking for. Two thumbs up to them.The interaction with my cashier (not sure on her name, but she was the cashier closest to the exit) was positive as well. She had some sort of technical issue with the system with the person in front of me and handled the situation well. Two thumbs up to her. Thank you.”

“Only 1 register & 3 self checkout lanes open on a Wednesday at 12pm. These poor employees are so disgruntled with the lack of support & workers. I know management is having a hard time with workers, but also losing business with people not wanting to wait.

“I love Walmart (WallyWorld). I like the fact that I can grocery shop and then go to the clothing section to get cute outfits. I can do a little One Stop shopping while I'm there. I don't have to go to two separate places to get whatever errands done that Walmart Super Center can do all in One building. That saves on gas and miles on your engine. ?. I think we need to put up MORE Walmart Super Centers in this city. Like some of them can be in walking distance in a neighborhood. I usually don't have a problem with Walmart. It's the place to be at either grocery shopping for yourself or someone else and then you can go to the other side of the store, you can pick up a nice outfit for an occasion. It's all in one store. No driving a long distance to get errands done. Walmart Super Centers are a One Stop Shopping place. I say they need to build more Walmart Super Centers in my city. I'd vote for that to pass. ?.”
“I LOVE this pharmacy. The staff acknowledges your presence & take the time to go over all of your prescriptions with you. Simply treating me like a person and not an inconvenience puts them hand over fist better than ANY RiteAid or CVS I've ever been to. Thank you for your customer service. “I visited The exchange outdoor center, the main exchange and the commissary. I'll clean it and set up well with the main exchange. Was overpriced as typical for most exchanges these days. The cashier assistance at the commissary was fantastic. Very very friendly helpful lady”
