“I love this place. It's a great store ever since Big lots is out of business. This is definitely a go-to. I found a wonderful heating blanket for $19.99. I am going to take the best naps ever this winter. And I'm going to try some new drinks by Dole green tea. Citrus splash customer service was great. Seven hills location!”

“Good ole Five Below. I really love this place.
I took my daughter and son so we could get some things.. they have a wide variety of merchandise, including some clothing, hats, sandals, pool floaties, towels and sand toys. They have makeup, hairbands and clips, exercise gear, room decor, kids toys, family games, arts and crafts, books, and dog beds. I could go on and on lol.
They're sweet workers and always have been nice and respectful to everyone = great customer service. It is surrounded by other stores, restaurants and the Kenwood Mall is right across the street.”
“It's chaos, but clean. It's a good place to idly browse for a while. I have found some really neat finds here that I was not expecting. The perfect pair of pants even!”

“Overall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.”
“i work near this store and visit it every other day for the last 6 months the manager Ladon is always hard at work and the cashier Donna has agreat personality and is friendly and very helpful and i will add funny as well i always leave with a smile or laughing lol last week i was in there and it was a very busy day with the holidays of coarse there was a really long line and the Manager jumped right in ...they were both friendly to every customer making conversation as they were ringing people out i love going to this store it is he cleanest store i have ever been in and you can tell the customers like the staff ... i apoligize i dont know the evenng staff but im sure they are nice as well thumbs up for they day staff !!!!!!!!!”

“It has a lot of new items. As of April 13th 2026. In this particular Dollar Tree in Eastgate Ohio has new management and he is wonderful I believe his name is Jeff. He answered every question I had which I always have a lot. And then something really crazy happened my friend that is really sick but has been getting better went on a outing so he could get out of the Nursing Home he's been in for the past 6 months. And he's about ready to get out May 1st. And I'm going to be as caregiver. That's besides the point. Hey lady ran her car into him and he fell backwards because he was in his I don't know what it's called it's something like a walker. But he fell backwards hard. And I knew he broke something I just knew it. The management Jeff to great care of him and I. Jeff is very polite very personable and very professional. I don't know how he got there so fast on the scene of the accident. He was insistent on Todd writing an incident report. Todd did not want to write one at first. But I told him that he really needed to to cover him if he needs medical expenses paid and cover the store in case he was really badly injured. Well I took him back to the nursing home and he didn't want me to tell them but he could not get his self in the bed and I cannot lift him in the bed. I'm his best friend and I feel like I wasn't telling on him I was doing the right thing for him. They did x-rays on the spot and he broke his arm and I'm so glad it wasn't his hip. Because he has broke that also in the past. And we went to the Kevin Gates concert when he did that LOL. Even though a very bad thing happened while we were there I cannot complain about the stores for the staff whatsoever. The store was clean put together in the management was on point is the first time in a long time that I've been in that store and they've had good management. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that loves Dollar Trees and that is looking to do crafts or plant plants we're by planners for your plants or planners for your journals I don't know they have everything. They even have pizza pans for $1.50. And I bought the same Pizza Pan at Kroger's for 14.99. And they have beautiful glass pieces I was going to buy off to me for $8 and I got it for $1.25 at this Dollar Tree so definitely recommend. If you haven't been there you should go. “I stop by at LEAST twice a week because I know the team here will always take care of me. I’ve been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years and I can say that when you walk into this location, you will be met with kind words and good vibes!!! Just be patient with the employees because this is a busy location but once you get the know the team, the service you will get is definitely worth it!!!”
“I come to this dollar general all the time- twice so far this weekend- overall it’s always clean and stocked.
Today I went and bought a thermometer and I couldn’t get it to work so I took it back and exchanged it- I again couldn’t get the new one to work. The man working took the time to find a small screw driver and open it up for me- there was a pull tab on the inside of the battery that you couldn’t see: he took the time to open it, fix it, close it back up and on top of that gave me his mini screw driver so it wouldn’t happen again. My son was really sick and I had little to no sleep the night before so this kind gesture meant the world to me”
“While the store does need more items. My children had a great experience, Ms. Shawna was able to assist them as they were learning to shop on their own. I was not at the store yet. One of the coupons my son(13) was trying to use didn't match the item in his cart. She was able to direct him to the appropriate item. My daughter (16) was looking for some specific hair care item that she had only heard of. Ms. Shawna was able to describe the packaging to my daughter. She was able to locate it. I appreciate her patience.”

While we were there picked up a couple kitchen cleaning supplies and was very please with how affordable everything was.

“Just came in on Thanksgiving day and the cashier wearing the shirt that said “savage drip” was showing such a positive attitude toward each customer coming through her line, despite being stuck there on a holiday. I usually have a good experience here, but this one really motivated me to leave a review. I have been to many other locations, but this one seems to really care to do a good job and I hope they are being recognized for that.”
“Hit or miss on finding good pieces, but if you want to get into thrifting clothes it’s less overwhelming being a smaller store. Also nice you can drop off via the drive thru in a convenient location. Lots of attentive employees to help too.”
“New to the College Hill area. Drove by here a few times and today I got the chance to go inside. Nice store, just could use a remodel because it looks like it is stuck in the 80s. had a nice selection of clothes and seemed to be well stocked. A few aisles (such as the seasonal aisle) had some bare shelves which makes sense since summer is coming to an end. Customer service was good. Only complaint I really have is the outside needs some upkeep. Trash was scattered throughout the parking lot and full trash bags were sitting next to the outside trash cans. Will I return? Yes!”

“Oh my God this is the best run Dollar tree store that I have ever been in, A lady that I work with told me to try the store she said it always is clean neat well run and the manager is extremely professional. It is a large store for a dollar tree but man is it ever nice inside. I can find things easily because it's well kept.”
