I can’t say enough good things about ZAGG products and their employee, Frank. I’ve used Zagg on a couple of phones now, and their screen protectors are excellent—plus the warranty makes replacements quick and inexpensive.
Frank went above and beyond to help me out. He’s super friendly, personable, always smiling, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. I had an issue with payment, and he took the time to help me get it resolved, even sending me to another location to make sure everything was taken care of.”

“I went to the Metro PCS on MacArthur and the female in there who always wear a mask and glasses told me it was $30 for the home WiFi box plus activation fee, and first month plan but she was out until next week. I went to the one on 23rd in MacArthur and the women in there told me the box is free, no activation fee, and that I just had to pay for the first month plan to get it started. I can only imagine how many times she played me since I was a loyal customer to the first place, but GOD doesn't like ugly so I'll leave it in his hands to handle her. I don't appreciate it at all. I value honesty and respect the women who told me the truth. GOD BLESS them beautiful ladies”

“I had an accident and destroyed the screen on my phone. In a little bit panic as without my phone and apps I'm dead in the water. Went to my local T Moble store to see what I could do. The store rep Jeni was helping me make an insurance claim( which would have left me without a phone for two days) stopped and said let's look at your plan and see what I can do. She figured out a way I could get a new phone and keep my bill about the same as it was!!!!! Plus she figured out a way I could add a Samsung watch to my plan. I cant thank her enough! She even stayed after closing time to finish setting everything up. Everyone there was nice to me. Jamie was very helpful too. Jose talked to me for awhile as Jeni was setting up my phone and watch.
