I can’t say enough good things about ZAGG products and their employee, Frank. I’ve used Zagg on a couple of phones now, and their screen protectors are excellent—plus the warranty makes replacements quick and inexpensive.
Frank went above and beyond to help me out. He’s super friendly, personable, always smiling, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. I had an issue with payment, and he took the time to help me get it resolved, even sending me to another location to make sure everything was taken care of.”

“Had an AMAZING! Experience! Shelby and her team were amazing to work with! I had some questions about my bill and Shelby was amazing about explaining everything to me in an easy to understand way! While I was there I watched Shelby take a call where she was being yelled at and sworn at by a customer and she handled it amazingly! She was incredibly professional even when the person who was evidently having a bad day was yelling loud enough for me to hear across the store while I was waiting to be helped, I def think that Shelby needs a raise, I never realized quite how bad people treat others in retail. “Excellent customer service. I was trying to get a little more time out of an old Android and Cecilia went above and beyond to assist. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We 'tried' something but with the upgrade to the 5G network, looks like my ancient phone needs to be replaced. Cecilia looked at my account (I've been a 'Boostee' forever) and I'm able to get a new phone for $15!!! Stopping by on Monday to pick it up. I'm not very tech savvy so they will transfer everything on the old phone to the new one for me. If I could give this location 100 stars, I would.”

After spending over two hours on the phone with technical support, who told me my daughter’s phone couldn’t be reactivated due to a complicated account issue, Bryce stepped in and resolved it all in-store. He not only reactivated her phone but also cleared up a mess in my account. His expertise and dedication were impressive, and I appreciate having someone like him ??. “The people are nice and the customer service is good. Unfortunately you have to be wary of their services and infrastructure in this area. We have several properties in the area and have never been able to achieve the download speeds they guarantee. We currently have the 250-500 mbps, but we have never gotten over 20 mbps. I have included a screenshot of today's test. Only one device on this network on a property here in Mustang. Its the same at all of our properties. Know before you commit to a contract.”
“Such Amazing staff! I do not remember her name but she was so so so helpful. I was there for a few hours today to get a new phone and wanted to start using them for service. I already use them for wifi and that gives a discount so that was lovely. I went to T-mobile earlier in the day an was told my phone wouldn’t suffice for a trade in and if I wanted the trade in to work I would have to purchase their premium service which is ridiculous cause the phone was in good condition. The lady at AT&T took the phone for trade in immediately and had no issues with it. Threw in my discount for being a WiFi user with them, and helped me set up my new phone. I was there for like three hours and she was so nice. Never made me feel rushed when we were trying to get codes n stuff. Love AT&T and highly recommend!”

“I went to the Metro PCS on MacArthur and the female in there who always wear a mask and glasses told me it was $30 for the home WiFi box plus activation fee, and first month plan but she was out until next week. I went to the one on 23rd in MacArthur and the women in there told me the box is free, no activation fee, and that I just had to pay for the first month plan to get it started. I can only imagine how many times she played me since I was a loyal customer to the first place, but GOD doesn't like ugly so I'll leave it in his hands to handle her. I don't appreciate it at all. I value honesty and respect the women who told me the truth. GOD BLESS them beautiful ladies”
