“I am not sure where to begin. It is important to share the overwhelming positive experience I had (and always have) at Car Toys Tulsa. To make this very long story short, I have a rather "touchy" vehicle and because of its age and so forth adding an alarm could be a tricky situation. Fact is, many alarms are advanced and sometimes putting one on a 2007 year vehicle may not always go as planned. That said, Bill at Car Toys took extra care of me with regards to everything that was accomplished and Frank (the installer/technician) solved a problem with my vehicle that was not related to the installation when others couldn't. Somehow the alarm had somehow "taken out" the car's PCM (brain) and Same Day Auto "blamed" the issue for the car not starting post alarm install on Car Toys. I wasn't all that upset however the first time I spent 1700.00 to fix the car at Same Day when in fact that was not the problem. Don't ever take your care to Same Day Auto by the way they don't know what they're doing and will rip you off. Anyhow, I followed the advise of Same Day Auto and replaced the PCM. Upon re-installing the alarm the same thing happened again... the PCM was "taken out" by the car alarm which runs through the PCM. Apparently with my vehicle the PCM has some sort of anti theft attached to it so it was "shorting out" the PCM. When it happened a second time I took the car back to Same Day Auto and they told me the Car Toys alarm caused the PCM to blow out again. I called Car Toys and spoke with the General Manager who was so understanding and very helpful. They took responsibility for the second repair and paid my car bill of another 1200.00 to Same Day Auto because the evidence appeared to be the alarm was causing the problem. Car Toys personnel were very pleasant and they didn't even hesitate to pay the cost of the repair and had a check ready for me the next day! I was overwhelmed with their loyalty to customer service and "doing the right thing" and taking accountability for a "mistake" that we weren't totally sure was Car Toys' fault. Well, on the third go around I took the car back to Car Toys to have just the door locks re-hooked up because the idiots at Same Day Auto did not reconnect the door locks. Frank the technician has numerous years experience. When Frank tried to restart the vehicle, again same problem the car was completely dead. Frank took the lower dash panel off and discovered a bunch of wires that were totally botched. It appeared perhaps that someone down the long a while ago someone tried to "hot wire" the car to steal it. Whomever tried to fix the car put the wires to the ignition back totally botched it was a clump of tapped wires. So every time Frank wiggled the wires, the car would "regain power" and fire right up. When it shifted the clump of wires in a different direction, the car would not start with no power. This was the same diagnosis I had when I brought the car to Same Day Auto the first time when they charged me 1700.00 for replacing the PCM. The overall fact is, the PCM was never bad and the alarm Car Toys installed was not interfering. All along it was the clump of wires below the ignition system that was the problem. Same Day Auto never found that problem and blamed it on something that was not even the cause in the first place. So, Same Day Auto stole 1700,00 from me the first time and then 1200.00 from Car Toys on the reimbursement the SECOND time for a total of nearly 3k! I cannot express the extreme gratitude for the team at Car Toys. They have been in business for several years and it is apparent why they are successful. Every time I go there I get help within seconds and they schedule my vehicle quickly for installing whatever I want. The biggest thing for me is integrity and Car Toys assumed responsibility and paid for a car repair that wasn't even their fault to begin with. Personally I would like to seek a small cl”
“I brought in a 1961(?) Curtis Mathes Black & White TV, record player, AM/FM console to be repaired.
It would not turn on and didn’t have any sound from the speakers. The record player barely worked. It was super dusty on the inside - many if not all capacitors were probably toast and most places that I called said to get rid of it.
Not Video Revolution. Not only were they up for the challenge, Guillermo knocked it out of the park! The picture on the TV looks incredible for its age. The record player works great and everything sounds crisp and perfect! Guillermo even walked me through how to use the TV since some of the labels have worn off with age. He answered any questions I had about the repair with ease.
If you have an old CRT TV that you want to preserve, I can’t recommend this place enough. They are super professional, kind and knowledgeable about pretty much anything related to media/TV/Video/Audio.
Guillermo even took a picture of the TV as I left, clearly displaying a level of passion about preserving these types of electronics. Getting the TV back made my entire week a little better and I left with a smile.

“I had an alarm and sub put in my truck. Buddy showed me what I could go for design wise and walked me through several subs. I was scheduled for a Wednesday morning and got really busy with work and just plain forgot to drop it off. Buddy of course called and I explained what happened then he got me rescheduled promptly and apologized for the delay. I told him, it was my fault no need to apologize. They got me in and out fast. The alarm is nice and the sub, box and amp are just awesome. My daughter lost a phone in the clothing area one day and I asked for help from several employees, and no one had the time to help and only offered to take my name and number in case it was found. After over an hour of searching I asked this employee for help. She actually knew where to find it because it's a common place for lost phones! She also was wearing a sign language shirt so it's apparent she has hearing issues and still gives her all to try an help every guest. She also helped us checkout before!”
