The gentleman working was very friendly, patient, and efficient, and he made sure I got the help I needed without making me feel rushed. I had already had a very long and difficult day and honestly was not feeling my best, so having someone treat me with kindness and take the time to assist me meant more than he probably realized. He got me in and out quickly, answered what I needed, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. I truly appreciated the way he handled everything and the level of customer service he provided. It was a small interaction, but after the kind of day I had, it made a big difference.”

“I've had quite a few visits to our local post office and I must say, the experience has always been positive. The staff there is consistently friendly and helpful. They genuinely seem happy to assist with any postal needs, as long as they're open.One thing to note is their operating hours. They're a bit unusual compared to other places, so it's a good idea to check before you go. But the great thing is, if their hours say they're open, you can count on them being there, ready and willing to help out in any way they can. It's this kind of reliable service that really sets our post office apart.”

“I normally go to another location because my organization has a PO Box there, but this location is closest to my home. There was an elderly person who was not sure what he needed to do to get a po box, they were so gentle with him and guided him through the process without interrupting the flow of service. They had him go to a empty window and called another employee to come and assist him in filling out the proper form. I am 75 and I have problems understanding some information on forms. The employees there are very efficient and helpful.”

Nothing infuriates me more than waiting by the door all day only to hear no knock, no ring, and to find a pink slip!). It's something small, but I'm thankful for it. “A lot of people make fun of the post office, and tell jokes about it, but really, it is the best Postal Service in the entire world. Where else can you get a letter or card, from coast to coast for about $0.50? And yes, they have slowed down over the years, but just remember that since I have been on this Earth the population has doubled and the amount of mail going out has probably quadrupled. I think they do a pretty darn good job.”

“First, the girl working the counter was very pretty, polite, and professional. She brought my complaint to her supervisor who was also very thorough and respectful. They addressed my issue and got what I needed done. The postal carrier made a mistake and the issue was corrected. The details aren't important. Bottom line, the mistake was promptly corrected which is well enough for me.”
