“We have been coming here for years and I need to tell you all this shop is family. Recently my car started to stall and click. I called and they had genuine concern when they said to bring it in. They told me I was close to a blown engine from a loose oil cap (story for another business). They saved my car and made me feel truly cared about. So if you want family caring for your car, go here!

“I was having an issue with the left headlight on my 2019 Kia Optima. I initially bought a set of bulbs that didn’t work, but when I came back, Davon quickly helped me exchange them. When I went out to install the replacement bulb, I couldn’t fit my hand into the space to change it. Davon came out to my car and replaced the bulb easily and without any hassle.
I don’t think good customer service needs to be hard, but Davon nailed it. I really appreciate the help and the excellent service.”

“As we have several Classic cars, we frequent local automotive stores. This week I was in need of a specific bolt for a classic T-bird. I called and the young man working there not only got the bolt ordered in for me but had it there the next day. He couldn’t have been kinder when I showed up to pick up the product. Customer service was top-notch. I wish I would’ve gotten his name so I could give him a shout out; he did such such a fantastic job. We will definitely be back.”

“I Went up there with a leak coming from my radiator and I had no idea where it was coming from, me and a few other people were looking for it a week or so ago and couldn't find it either. So I went sometime just filling the resivour with water as it needed it which was almost everyday. It got to the point to where Its gonna be getting below freezing here in a day or so, so I decided to head up to this O'Reilly's to see what they had to say.
Walked in and the young man working at that time asked if I needed any help and I explained what was going on and he said let me go take a look. We both went out there and originally couldn't find it so I went back in with him and he helped me choose some coolant to use so I went ahead and purchased it.
As I went outside to fill the coolant resivour up he followed behind me and handed me a funnel and while I was pouring it in he was looking to see if he could possibly find where it was leaking from... Low and behold he found exactly where it was leaking from and showed me all I had to do was push the hose on a little more and I heard it clamp on..
No more leak now and the engine isn't overheating anymore thanks to y'all's employee Asher..
If management reads this PLEASE give this young man a raise because he went above and beyond to help me and out of all the other auto stores I've been too this was my far my best experience... I will continue to bring y'all my business due to this young man right here.

“Had a great experience. I called and spoke with Tony about rebuilding the differential in my work truck. He commented to getting it in and getting it finished in a day or so. Was hoping to have it back by closing on Friday but due to the wrong seals being delivered, he had a mechanic come in on Saturday to finish it and get it back to me. Many Thanks to Tony, Kenna and John. Back to work on Monday it is. Definitely nice to deal with people who do what they say they will.”
“This review is entirely unsolicited. I offered to submit this and Zack graciously accepted. I was at their location two days ago for a separation of quarter panel from main body of vehicle. I told Zack that his shop worked on another one of my vehicles before within the last year and that they did great work. I told him that is why I was returning as a customer. Zack evaluated the vehicle from the underside. He then went in the shop and asked Nate to come out and look at it. Nate evaluated it quickly and told me he could fix it within just a minute or two. He went back inside the shop, got a tool, and returned to the parking lot and proceeded to fix the panel in about two minutes time. Zack was present during the entire time. In all, it took about five minutes for everything. I asked Zack how much he wanted for the work and he refused any type of payment. He even refused for me to buy Nate and Zack lunch. I can't say enough about this as they took care of me and didn't ask or any payment. But I know that in the future should I have any minor or major work to be completed I will seek out this business and trust that any quote I get will be an honest quote; I therefore won't be needing to shop around for a bigger better deal because I know the quote I get from these fellows will be a fair and honest quote.
