They told me they would take a look at it access the problem and find a solution. Told me it would be done within a few hours. Sure enough they meet all my expectations and were quick and efficient. After spending over two hours on the phone with technical support, who told me my daughter’s phone couldn’t be reactivated due to a complicated account issue, Bryce stepped in and resolved it all in-store. He not only reactivated her phone but also cleared up a mess in my account. His expertise and dedication were impressive, and I appreciate having someone like him ??. “Such Amazing staff! I do not remember her name but she was so so so helpful. I was there for a few hours today to get a new phone and wanted to start using them for service. I already use them for wifi and that gives a discount so that was lovely. I went to T-mobile earlier in the day an was told my phone wouldn’t suffice for a trade in and if I wanted the trade in to work I would have to purchase their premium service which is ridiculous cause the phone was in good condition. The lady at AT&T took the phone for trade in immediately and had no issues with it. Threw in my discount for being a WiFi user with them, and helped me set up my new phone. I was there for like three hours and she was so nice. Never made me feel rushed when we were trying to get codes n stuff. Love AT&T and highly recommend!”
“I went to the Metro PCS on MacArthur and the female in there who always wear a mask and glasses told me it was $30 for the home WiFi box plus activation fee, and first month plan but she was out until next week. I went to the one on 23rd in MacArthur and the women in there told me the box is free, no activation fee, and that I just had to pay for the first month plan to get it started. I can only imagine how many times she played me since I was a loyal customer to the first place, but GOD doesn't like ugly so I'll leave it in his hands to handle her. I don't appreciate it at all. I value honesty and respect the women who told me the truth. GOD BLESS them beautiful ladies”
