“This was a lovely experience. We got really friendly service and great pricing. The cab was 16ft and felt nearly brand new. It was very clean inside. I would use Penske over U-Haul any day because of this experience. Highly recommend!!”
“I didn't rent from here but I had a service experience with them. My daughter was traveling and showed she was stopped for a long time across the street from this office. They went and checked for her, went WAY out of their way for someone who wasn't renting from them at the moment. Enterprise staff have provided previous amazing service when I had a wreck and needed a specific vehicle during the covid shortage. They have ALWAYS provided above and beyond service. They are the only rental car company I use.”

“Warmer trucks haha Overall the entire experience was amazing! The employees were very helpful to my needs & got me exactly what I needed. The 15' truck worked amazing & no issues whatsoever, except when I pinched my finger on the lock (my fault) .. If I or anyone else ever needs a uhaul truck again, I'll definitely recommend this place!

“When returning equipment I turned in key to Jennifer and I tried to ask her a question but yet she turned her back to me and started talking with the lady she was talking to when walked in. She looked like a higher up or something but she shouldn't have done that. That was rude and unprofessional. Even me standing there for few afterwards she still didn't acknowledge me. Other then that thank you Nick for all your help on letting me get my stuff outta storage thank you.”

“Janna was an unbelievably HUGE help in solving a problem for me today. I am in logistics and was desperate to find a pallet jack to move some freight from one truck to another. Janna said they didn't have the equipment, but that she might know someone who could tell us where to go. Janna went above and beyond and took time out of her day to call her friend and then call me back with another location where we could get that equipment. Janna is the best! #1 employee!”

“They repaired the lift gate fast! no waiting. Not sure if it's like this all the time but on a Tuesday afternoon because of all the road construction and an accident it took longer to get two extra leaves than it did to get the work done. And the guy that did the work was fantastic.”
“We are one of Carco’s smaller clients. We are a private carrier, but sometimes our trucks break down and we need rental trucks. Kayla is normally the lady I deal with. If she does not have trucks at her facility, she makes them seem to appear out of nowhere! She has a very outgoing and positive attitude, and her work ethic is unsurpassed! She’s on top of her duties and not afraid to get her hands dirty. We had a truck in for service and I came in the other day to check on the status of our truck, because we needed back pretty quick… she was out changing out batteries and whatever else was needed to help speed up the process! I have used other rental truck companies in the past, and I have not been more pleased than with Kayla and Carco! All I can say is keep up the great work and positive energy! I’ll keep coming back!”
“Them guys up there are fast and efficient. Very friendly and polite. Will get the job done. If you need work done on the truck, you can park your trailer and then move in another spot so they can get your truck when they get finished with the vehicle in front of you. If nobody around all you have to do is go to the kiosk and fill in information. And leave. They will call you with updates. And when it's ready.”
