“These people are 100% honest. Tough to find in a mechanic. You are always dealing with an owner, and they understand the difference between what needs to be fixed and what you can live with. They don't over-charge and get you back on the road with no hassle.
Update: Chris and his team continue to operate in a consistently helpful, honest, and transparent manner. He looked at my transmission and gave me his price, then recommended a shop that could rebuild for less than he could replace. This is why I keep going back to Cherokee Hills.
Update 12/5/25: Chris and team fixed my wife's car and did it for a fraction of what they quoted, after discovering a much simpler issue upon disassembly. They could've charged me what I was expecting, but as usual chose the honest route.”

I dropped it off yesterday evening and he called me today that it was fixed and good to go. Dude is friendly to talk to and I’d definitely recommend him to my own family. “OUTSTANDING!!! Changed my oil this morning in about 10 minutes. This place was recommended to me by a friend & today was the first time I’ve used them. Definitely will NOT be my last though! Other places I’ve waited over an hour, with an appointment. Not here! You stay in your vehicle. They have a guy below, in the pit, that drains the old oil & installs new filter. Guy up above installs new oil. I highly recommend this place!”

“Same day service doesn’t even explain it. I called in the morning and Frank asked me to come in at 3. When I got there, he drove my 24 ft Minnie Winnie RV onto his lift, raised it and diagnosed a bad cat converter. He replaced it immediately and I was in and out in less than an hour. Frank is the owner and an expert in all things exhaust. I know I saved money over going to one of the chains and I know he’ll stand behind his work. Bring your auto exhaust issues here. I’ll go back if I ever have a need again!”

“They have done good work for me in the past. Wish all the fancy computer stuff they gotta buy wouldnt affect the prices of the simple stuff. Sometimes I just don't really have the time to fix the simple stuff but when I get quoted $1200 on a 30 minute job with about $200 of parts, I can't justify it. Nothing against them, but ide have paid em to do it if it were in the $500-$700 range. I'll just take a day off work then I guess.”
