“This review is not for the bank, but it is for a specific employee. I’m not sure if everyone called in sick or if this branch just doesn’t employ enough people to service our community. The Saturday morning line was to the door when I walked in. There are three tellers of about 10 possible. There is a crowd waiting in the lobby for the bankers and there are only 2 bankers and seven empty offices. Despite the understaffing, I had a great experience with Samantha at this branch. She is the check-in person. I needed a new debit card printed and she could have easily told me to wait in that line that stretched the door. I wouldn’t have known the difference and she also had her own line that had 10 people in it. Instead, she said, “I can do that for you”… then called out to everyone in line and asked them, “does anyone here have an appointment that I could check them in?” This is a top-notch employee that serviced everyone within minutes. All with a smile and didn’t even take an opportunity to throw her company or coworkers under the bus when I commented on her situation. I’m seeing fewer of these types of people when I enter an establishment… and that’s because the companies pay little and expect a lot and people are not buying into that model anymore. It seems like this person was working to her own standard and I sure hope the company knows what they have in this employee.”

“Shout out to Chris!! I placed a call with (unfortunate) irritation with the bank due to unwanted paper statement fees that I procrastinated on calling for until I was placed into the negatives. Chris answered politely despite my immediate commentary on wanting my money back, and helped not only figure out what may have been affecting the account, but also helped with prior inquiries. He was patient while I struggled to figure out the app (I was multitasking so that was a fault on my end) but never-the-less was willing to start back at square one. I really appreciate Chris' kindness, patience, and hospitality while working with me and potentially other customers he may interact with as well. I ended up ending the call more happy about his customer service than a measely fix on -$5 :) Thank you again Chris!”

We drove from out of town to cash a rather large check which was drawn on them. When we arrived about an hour before closing,the bank had experienced a major water main break inside the bank.Steve went out of his way to ensure we got the check cashed all the whole dealing with the catastrophe inside the bank. They were trying to deal with that but took the time to cash the check and did so with a smile. It's people like these guys that make us still believe in humanity. I would say for anyone looking to bank with people who actually care about their customers,this would be the best choice. “Very helpful. It’s really convenient to do my banking and shop for groceries at the same time. The piedmont location just feels like a home town bank . And the Waterford location everyone at that bank knows my name. It’s nice to go into a bank in okc and people that work there recognize me and always greet me with a smile and they no my name.
