“I purchased a unit online at a specific rate which had more than doubled recently. I didn’t see anything about it being promotional. I also didn’t see any mention of a promo in my agreement, but it did say it was subject to change so you can say they were “covered”. I did get a “heads up” notice. Initially this would have been a 1-Star but Dan saved it!
Dan was extremely helpful! He helped explain what had happened and was able to make some last minute adjustments for me. Although i don’t have the original price offered, Dan did help.”

“I had my storage unit for one year and a few months, and the process from beginning to end was very efficient! I think Teresa helped me both set up my storage unit and close my account after moving my stuff out. she was always helpful and such a fun person to talk to!
I always felt the property was secure and safe and that the staff was always communicative — there was one time I forgot to lock my storage unit, and the staff reached out to me within a day to let me know it was unlocked. it was always easy for me to access my storage unit with the app, which I appreciated. I wasn’t a fan of my monthly rates increasing, but I did appreciate how Public Storage gave me a notice about those changes well in advance. I would definitely recommend Public Storage :)”

“Storage unit was clean. Access was good with key pad entry. Didn't like not knowing when my introductory rate was going to expire. Then pow it went up one month! They give you the 1 month warning but you have your stuff in there so you dont move it out right when rates go up!”
