“Amazing service. Can always trust the team at Jackson's to treat you right. We brought our SUV in for tires and breaks. They noticed the drive shaft was in need of replacing. I explained we had just had it replaced less than a year prior at another shop. Jacksons took the time out of their day to contact that shop, have them send a replacement part as it was under warranty, and did the work for us. Love that I can drop my vehicles off, have the work done right the first time, and never have to worry about getting ... well ... drive shafted.”

“Visited Donovan Auto for the first time after Kal Tire quoted me on a tie rod end problem when I requested a tire swap and alignment. I asked George for a quote on the tie rod and about his availability. Upon inspection, he said it was not a tie rod issue, it was a lower ball joint. My usual mechanic told me to expect the ball joint would be next to go, but he is booking a month out, so I was happy with the diagnosis and the repair at Donovan Auto, who had the chance availability to fix up my ride on short notice. Also, I can walk there, so points for that!”

“Had my car battery give out. Tried changing it and came up with way more issues. Car went into limp mode. Brought my car into Bennetts the next day, they did a full inspection on my car, got a battery, fuse, sensor and wheel bearing for an extremely reasonable cost. Unheard of. Not to mention my car was ready to go the next day. Great service and turnover time. Couldn’t thank you guys enough. I’ll be back for all future repairs!!!!”
“I had a great experience. I received regular updates from Rita, and when there was an issue with the service, they handled it perfectly. The issue was that the used gas tank they purchased to replace my damaged gas tank had the lines cut too short. Because of this, my vehicle would no longer be ready for my 11 day road vacation. Since insurance was going to stop paying for my replacement car rental when it was supposed to be repaired, Assured covered the cost of the rental until I returned from vacation. A true class act.”
“Great people to deal with, the place to go when dealer says the unit is not serviceable and forces you to replace with high priced new unit, Dean has the knowledge and experience to rebuild with new parts for fraction of the cost. He also knows what the unlisted cross reference parts are, so that you can replace with a functionally identical unit that is of better quality or cheaper in price or both.”

Not only was Jim able to make time to fix my unexpected brake issues before a big drive to the East coast but he listened to me and confirmed what needed to be done on my vehicle unlike some other shops I called around to. He showed me the old parts after everything was completed, he also gave me a ride home so i didn't have to wait at the nearby tim hortons. Jim is extremely knowledgeable, affordable and friendly.
