“Moonroof got stuck open while we were travelling. Walked in, asked if someone knew any tricks just on the off chance they did. Young gentleman came out, helped me jump the motor and after several minutes of blood, sweat, and tears we were able to pull it closed. The boss even came out to help. No charge. Nothing. This is what service is all about. They went out of their way to help a stranger. Bravo. Highly recommend and will use them when I'm in the area.”
“Had my car battery give out. Tried changing it and came up with way more issues. Car went into limp mode. Brought my car into Bennetts the next day, they did a full inspection on my car, got a battery, fuse, sensor and wheel bearing for an extremely reasonable cost. Unheard of. Not to mention my car was ready to go the next day. Great service and turnover time. Couldn’t thank you guys enough. I’ll be back for all future repairs!!!!”

His knowledge, but also his sense of kindness and caring nature made me feel like I could trust him with my vehicle. I really appreciate this coming from a person who does not know me and knew I was from out of town but still showed compassion for the situation. The price for the repair was very fair (what I expected)! I would definitely go back to Pete if I had another issue with my vehicle but I would also recommend my family and friends to use West End Alignment and Auto Shop!”
