“My husband and I have bought multiple items from this business - XL Green Egg last year and gorgeous Berlin Gardens patio furniture this year. We have always had a great experience, but this last transaction for the garden furniture was truly exceptional. Kirk Sharkey went out of his way to ensure we were happy with every aspect of our purchase, and his delivery guys were also A+. We are singing their praises and everyone who has seen the new furniture is blown away by how fabulous it is. Kirk, we will be back next year to furnish the lower deck area. “We initially ordered a new bedroom set in August 08, 2024 and were told it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. After the 8 weeks we enquired only to learn that it would be Dec. 2024 before we would get our dresser, but, the other items were in the warehouse. (Nobody told us that part of our order was ready for delivery)
Very frustrated, but, long story short the Manager promised us we would have the dresser by Halloween, which never happened. We later attended the store and spoke with an amazing salesperson (Sawsan) and she found us the dresser and had it delivered to our house within 2 days. Now this is a salesperson who knows how to deal with customers with compassion and understanding and honesty. I will continue to buy from this Leons store but will only use Sawsan as a salesperson because I trust her experience/professionalism and overall knowledge in this business. Why she is not the Manager is beyond me. Last word: DON’T TRUST ANY TIME DELIVERY PROMISES……”

Also to note, the delivery team of Chris & Tyler were fantastic. Upon arrival they were unable to get the sectional through our front door due to the large boxed corner of the sofa, so they quickly pivoted and came through our garage inside door instead; voila success!! ?. They were contentious, clean and respectful.......it was a very nice experience having them in our home.

“Amazing post purchase support. We purchased a dining room set 4 years ago from Blueprint Home. Recently we discovered a crack in the chair frame under the seat. Even though the manufacturer denied any warranty the store owner Jane made it right and replaced the chair with a new one at no cost to us. “About a month ago one of our bathroom fixture was damaged. We were unable to find a replacement part for it from the manufacturer as the fixture had been discontinued. Last year we had bought some fixtures from Multi-Luminaire and decided to try our luck with them. We are so grateful to Multi-Lumanaire for providing us with the replacement part at no cost. The staffs who served us were very friendly, courteous and helpful: One in particular was Tim Connolly. We will do business with them again. Thank you to the staff at Multi-Luminaire.”

“Amazing service, high quality material, and really good prices, I love this place. We baught couches from here almost 10 years ago and we'll probably have them for another 10 years. Their furniture looks good and is long lasting. Plus, most of their furniture is customizable!! I haven't seen this anywhere else. Color, fabric/leather, add cristals or buttons, even extending pr shortening length and width. Truly a hidden gem.”
“Although I do love everything at the Urban Barn Stittsville location, I do find the company’s process of ordering an item online, then waiting until it ships to your local store for pick up, a bit pointless-I was in my local store today, where they have at least 5 of the one item I ordered in stock & available, but I still have to wait for the email that says my item has been delivered to their store for me to pick up -so after leaving the store, I may get home & receive an email saying it’s there & then I have to return to pick it up -the only option I had was to purchase the item again, and then cancel/return the other one when it arrives -Just seems like a very archaic system”
