“We recently purchased 2 leather recliners and a sideboard and had the items delivered to our condo. Unfortunately the delivery men were very careless when removing the items from their truck and bringing them to our door. Their carelessness caused damage to all 3 pieces. We contacted the store and spoke to Julia, the sales associate who sold us the items in the store. Julia listened to our concerns and was sympathetic. She quickly sent us a form by email to complete detailing the experience and outlining the damage. A few days later we received a call from Melissa, the Store Manager. Melissa was very professional and offered to have new items delivered to our home to replace the damaged ones. Structube handled our concern promptly and without any hesitation.
