Every single one of them is beyond helpful and friendly. They ask questions to make sure they are suggesting the best option. I went to petsmart once and never again will I go there.
I have never had such a wonderful retail/service experience as I did at pet valu
and will continue to be our place for all the future pet needs. Hands down the absolute best! Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and just overall wonderful.

Any time I call for an appointment, they are very accommodating and professional, whether it be full a full grooming of my boy, Cuda, or just a walk-in nail trim! Cuda requires a little special attention, as he’s not great with other dogs or cats, so they are very careful to ensure he is cared for with no problems at all and lots of love☺️❤️. He is kind and genuinely wants the entire family to succeed. Paula was also a pleasure to work with. She's a gem of a human who also just wants the best for the family. Super encouraging and quick to respond any time we sent a message. I absolutely recommend for training, walking, boarding, all the things!

I've tried most places around Barrie + travelling to several different big cities in Canada due to my job and I've never had a better Americano, Latte, etc. The staff are awesome there (shoutout Terra), would rate higher if I could! The food is also top notch and pricing is very fair for the quality you get. A top place in Barrie for coffee and food - don't walk, run!
